Reviews of Double Bedroom with a balcony and ensuite bathroom for short or long stay in London Canary Wharf with direct train from Heathrow, also convenient from Stansted and Gatwick airport, 10 minutes to London City Airport and Excel, 16 minutes to Westminster

Thank you Anica for your feedback. From Canary Wharf only takes 16 minutes by Jubilee line directly to Westminster coming out right by Big Ben, parliament with Downing Street on the corner along White Hall etc. To British Museum one can take Elizabeth Line only 4 stops from Canary Wharf i.e. 12 minutes hence all other guests/ visitors found very convenient to visit main city attractions. We are sorry that your visit happened during the hottest days in London with temperature up to 31c (still cooler than most European destinations including your home country Moldova) however on your day of leaving the temperature dropped to 21 degree only. In any case, we do have both fans and umbrellas in the house for guests upon requests as in most hotels. We are sorry for not having proactively asked you if you needed them or not.

Many thanks Max, you are great at communication which is vital as the lady before you stayed in the same room did not use whatsapp and would not respond to text messages or by email We welcome you or anyone you know to stay in any of our properties not only in London but in Dubai and Turkey as well. Most of them are self contained and even more convinient to public transport

Dear Caroline We welcome all feedback as you can see many of the 10 of 10 ratings by other guests. However, we are really sorry to see your not really factual comments: the key box is in the exact place as per the instruction that we even sent out pictures however you chose not to use whatsapp made that difficult which is also the reason we could not offer to pick you up from the train station without being able to communicate directly to know what time you will arrive and which exit you will take. We provided detailed instruction on scanning the QR code on the wifi modem that all our other guests found very easy to do so we are really sorry you had to ask another guest for help. The shower hose was not broken but leaks a bit when turned on however, we offered to replace it the very first morning and asked your convenient time however you did not reply so we left a brand new shower hose with shower head by your door which can be easily replaced by hand as they are not meant to use tools. Nevertheless we sent messages again offering to come replacing it for you however we did not receive your reply. Our office is only 2 minute from the property and we live 3 minute away thus we visit the property daily. We are really sorry you chose not to reply to our conscientious efforts in trying to help you with everything. Of course you may prefer to complain later instead having things worked out there and then that we always aim to make our guests happy. The overwhelming feedback from other guests can confirm we always try to offer best service possible. If there any thing we can make you happier please feel free to let us know.

Many thanks for your kind review. For future reference, South Quay station is much nearer only about 3 minutes from the property. We also tried out on foot to jubilee line station taking about 10 minutes by using the entrance/exit at Upper Bank Street which is beside Citi Bank Building saving few minutes going around to the main entrance on the other side. For Elizabeth Line one can use the entrance behind KPMG building again saving few minutes from going to Adams Plaza. Canary Wharf is walking friendly once find the right way as google map does not show many of the walk ways.
