Cool place is a great place to stay in great location to everything, while being a little out of the hussle and bussle of town.

Really good location. Comfortable and stylish. Lovely outdoor area. Very clean.

Good location, staff was very kind. They left some water bottles in our room which was much appreciated because of the heat. The bed was comfortable.

It's not something I didn't like but it would've been great that the room had air conditioner or a fan.

Owner was super polite and supplied directions! and trust me , follow his directions lol, google maps doesn’t take u to the area but he gave clear instructions in the initial message. clean room, clean towels and even our own soaps and bottles of water which was a nice touch after travelling all day! Room had a smart tv, and each room has a lock and code. 7 minute walk to phonox / brixton o2 academy, and probably about 10-13 minute walk to the tube. If i’m ever in the area again I will rebook.

nothing!! just be careful with the google maps and follow the owners directions :) which isn’t an issue with the property itsself, but google maps.

Very near O2 Brixton Academy, and I mean very. Very easy to find. Instructions from host are clear

The area can be a bit rough around the edges. Though once you get used to it, it’s no problem. However, I take issue with the lack of a fan! Seriously hot during the heatwave.

Nice room in a shared flat. Was a good and clean place to stay for the night. Shared access to full kitchen with fridge/microwave/etc. Good bathroom facilities.

Very minor point, but directions could have been a bit clearer, but still a good stay. Skate park was a good reference point.

Definitely a cool 😎 place to stay. It's got everything you need and is only a short walk from the Brixton academy and the train station. I'll definitely be stopping here again in the near future

The house was pleasant and the room was superb, came with TV, very fast WiFi, and the bed was large and comfortable.

The location was a little bit of a hassle but if you don't mind a short 5-10 minute walk its perfect.

The location was spot on and 10min away from Brixton tube and close to all of the amenities including Brixton Academy for any concert goers. There is a great little authentic Portuguese restaurant right by it as we are very close to Little Portugal. I would go again.

The locks on the doors were fiddly so you panic a bit thinking you can't get in. Old Skool flat in a block.

We came for mighty hoopla and the room, It was so cosy and comfy. The room was perfect and the housekeeper was so lovely and friendly. He made us feel so welcome.

Nothing, if I’m ever in London again and in Brixton I’d love to rebook a room here

Great location

Bed was very comfortable.

The place is very very dusty. Avoid if you suffer with Asthma. Even headboard had thick layer of dust. Overall very overrun with loads of potential but we guessed this has been reflected in the price
