It's not something I didn't like but it would've been great that the room had air conditioner or a fan.

Good location, staff was very kind. They left some water bottles in our room which was much appreciated because of the heat. The bed was comfortable.

nothing!! just be careful with the google maps and follow the owners directions :) which isn’t an issue with the property itsself, but google maps.

Owner was super polite and supplied directions! and trust me , follow his directions lol, google maps doesn’t take u to the area but he gave clear instructions in the initial message. clean room, clean towels and even our own soaps and bottles of water which was a nice touch after travelling all day! Room had a smart tv, and each room has a lock and code. 7 minute walk to phonox / brixton o2 academy, and probably about 10-13 minute walk to the tube. If i’m ever in the area again I will rebook.

The area can be a bit rough around the edges. Though once you get used to it, it’s no problem. However, I take issue with the lack of a fan! Seriously hot during the heatwave.

Very minor point, but directions could have been a bit clearer, but still a good stay. Skate park was a good reference point.

Nice room in a shared flat. Was a good and clean place to stay for the night. Shared access to full kitchen with fridge/microwave/etc. Good bathroom facilities.

Definitely a cool 😎 place to stay. It's got everything you need and is only a short walk from the Brixton academy and the train station. I'll definitely be stopping here again in the near future

The location was a little bit of a hassle but if you don't mind a short 5-10 minute walk its perfect.

The house was pleasant and the room was superb, came with TV, very fast WiFi, and the bed was large and comfortable.

The locks on the doors were fiddly so you panic a bit thinking you can't get in. Old Skool flat in a block.

The location was spot on and 10min away from Brixton tube and close to all of the amenities including Brixton Academy for any concert goers. There is a great little authentic Portuguese restaurant right by it as we are very close to Little Portugal. I would go again.

We came for mighty hoopla and the room, It was so cosy and comfy. The room was perfect and the housekeeper was so lovely and friendly. He made us feel so welcome.

The room was comfortable and use of the well- stocked kitchen was appreciated. The bathroom was well set up; we had no inconvenience despite sharing it with two other rooms. Bus stops or metro stations were a short walk away for ease of transport into London city. It was just a short walk to a local hotel or cafes. Ronald was helpful and easily contacted.

It was good stay overall, but the flat needs a fresh up. The floor wasn’t tidy at all, and they a need general tidying as some things were dusty. Also toilet seat needs to be fixed, the coffee machine wasn’t working and there was only cold tap water in the kitchen. And there was few issues with keys, but got there in the end

Directions were explained very detailed on how to get to the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable, I got a very good sleep. They even put water bottles which was great.

Location is perfect for o2 brixton academy. Ronald's instructions for directions and keys etc was spot on. If you are looking for somewhere safe, clean and comfy this is ideal. It is not the ritz but it doesn't claim to be.

Excellent location, good kitchen facilities (if I had needed to use them). Host was very friendly and helpful. If I ever need to stay in London, this will be my go to place.
