We had a spacious room with one double and a sofa bed which was ideal for mum and daughter - but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, they often aren’t.

Excellent location, very close to Wembley Stadium. The house is clean, well-equipped and has clearly recently been refurbished as is fresh and modern. The owner was communicative and very helpful, the booking was managed efficiently and with ease. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others.

Very helpful owner. We left an item of clothing and Lamia kindly posted this for us. House clean, safe, with all household items youd need. Enclosed garden was ideal due to hot weather. Perfect location for Wembley Stadium. Will stay here again and recommend to friends.

I can't really think of anything, if I was pushed I'd say the wifi wasn't amazing, but it did work for all except streaming, when it buffered a lot.

Super clean and well set out. Yes, this rental has shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom) but they were well set out and had everything needed. The location was well within walking distance of Wembley Stadium for gigs, but also further away from the stadium than the rail links, so foot traffic was just local housing.

Fantastic property super close to Wembley stadium which was perfect for our stay. The property was incredibly clean with everything we could have needed provided. Communication for check in/out was brilliant and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

A problem with Booking.com messed up our room selection and meant we didn’t get the check in details that Lamia had sent. We had booked a double room with extra bed according to booking.com but didn’t get that room due to the problem. Lamia was lovely about it and went out of her way to help resolve it.

Lamia the owner was amazing. Really responsive, helpful and it kind of felt like we were staying at a friends house! The house is really close to Wembley which is why we booked. Ideal for events, especially the parking that’s included in the price.

The house is close to wembley stadium ,it very clean has all the facilities you need for a stay. Excellent host who is available if needed. Left some beads to make bracelets for concert . Comfortable bed and mason jar with tea and coffee, etc. Nice garden you can sit outside and parking which is great

Being a shared guest house, noise from other guests is a factor which could be improved by having carpets or rugs in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, the ground floor rooms would benefit from fans as we could not sleep with the windows open due to concerns about safety so sleeping was difficult due to heat.

A great location for a concert/event at Wembley Stadium as it’s such a short walk. Easy to park with permits provided for event days if needed. Lamia is a highly responsive and very thoughtful host - communication was excellent both leading up to and during our stay. Very close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Comfy bed and the guest house shared areas are well equipped for guests needs.

The host Lamia was very responsive and check-in as well as check-out were straightforward, uncomplicated and friendly. The Manor House's location was ideal for me as I visited Wembley Stadium for a concert. The house is located within easy walking distance and yet in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible. There is a bus station nearby, but trains are also not all too far away. My room was extraordinarily clean and had all the basic amenities plus a tv, and even a live pot plant :). Throughout the house there are little welcoming touches. The shower room with toilet and basin was just across the short passageway. Another thing I appreciated was the variety of appliances: besides the usual kettle and toaster, there was a stove, fridge, microvawe and washing machine in the spacious kitchen (not sure whether I've listed everything). And there were all the accessories one would need to use the appliances, such as shower gel, washing powder, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, glassware, sponges, etc. The table and chairs provided an option to eat-in. There is a backyard garden for sunny days. Throughout the property I had access to free wi-fi. There is also ample space for parking: at least one in the drivewy, and more along the curb. Lamia is the perfect host and will surely help you with any concerns you may have when visiting her Manor House. I can highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning.

Was expensive but still half the price of hotel rooms in the area on the same night. Sharing with other guests could have been tricky but everyone was quiet and respectful.

For us at the time nothing, we were the only ones at the property so it was excellent, however if you were with 3 other guests you didn't know then it might be awkward for sharing the toilet or kitchen, if you were going with a group, then fantastic.

We were going to Wembley Arena. The property was less than a 15 minutes walk away. We were the only ones staying there, so got off road parking, although there was good street parking available. The place was very clean, the kitchen area was nice and useable, the room we had was of a good size. For what we needed this property was excellent, we needed some help, and Lamia was excellent in her support. If I'm going to this venue again, this will be the first place I'd approach.
