Faith,property staff, though not present on site communicates beautifully. Rooms were clean and affordable.

didn’t like the shared bathroom, when using the toilet in the morning there was no toilet paper left and none was found. quite a thin walls, could hear other guests throughout the night.

it was relatively cheap. the bed was comfy.

Floorboards were creaky, it was noisy, the bed could of been more comfortable aswell. And the photos of the room I was supposedly going to be staying in were far different to what I actually stayed in...

There was a good range of appliances, when I stay in hotels, normally just get a kettle with the normal coffee and tea assortments, this time I had that and a microwave and fridge/freezer.

The shear bathroom 🚻 was untidy, water everywhere plus the TV 📺 was broken . There were some kids upstairs making noise and couldn't even sleep. The main entrance door is sometimes open

Unprofessional staff. We were given one address and then sent to another one a literal mile away. Costing us £14 on a cab. There were ants all over the property. Dirty toilets. The ‘Double Bed’ was 2 singles put together, causing a space to open in the middle, with plywood under the mattress. Spiders and insects all over the floor.

The room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked and was positioned well. Towels provided. Check in and check out system is good.

The bed was not comfortable. It looks like two single beds put together kept shifting at the middle. There were also noise interfaces from other rooms.

The size of the room is up to standard and clean. The facilities in the room were good.

The bed is terrible. For a 'double room', they need to change the zip lock twin bed model and go for a straight double bed as it is very uncomfortable and you fall in between the middle of the bed. That, to be honest, was the only negative and the fact that we were sent to another location and not the one on booking.com, which was 5 minutes away, this was a bit sketchy, but all was well.

I can understand the bad reviews, but being fair, the place wasn't as bad as the reviews made out. Think of it more as self check in Airbnb accommodation. The check-in was easy. The linen and the bedding were clean, the room was clean, and the bathroom was also fine, toiletries provided (shared bathroom). The fridge, heating etc all worked. A bit more transparency from the host about the place and the reviews would be much higher!

In the first night, the Narborours were screaming at each other for over 30 minutes. my colleague and I came from work after a 12-hour shift, so we could not go to sleep straight away. In the morning, after a bad sleep, I was glad that we had some instant coffee in the room. Unfortunately, after turning on the cattle the this device started to spite like a fire extinguisher with foam and burnt my hand. I don't know who made a joke out of it, but some added some sort of cleaning product in the cattle, very bad two hazards at the same time, burning and poisoning. The second night was quiet, but we did not have hot water in the shower.

Got given 2 separate codes for door to the room without noticing. Coming back late or early as it was couldn't get into the room. Bed was uncomfortable

the deluxe room was amazing but the two rooms upstairs and toilets were filthy. there was a leakage in one of the rooms which I took a picture of and sent it to the host and never got a response. the second room upstairs was also horrible- my in laws were cold during the night as the window was ajar and would not close so they had stuff some of their clothes to stop cold air coming in. on top of all this when we done the booking there was no where in the policy that mentioned about a deposit. when I contacted to say we are on our way to check in I was told I had to pay a deposit! very unorganised and a nightmare’! checkout was 10am my family got kicked out 9am by the cleaners!!!!

Walls are paper thin, very little privacy. You can hear everything that is being said. Area is not for me.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and adequate.
