Street faced room was very noisy, but after we changed our room was all ok.

The shower did not work. We didn't have a number for reception and as we were in a separate building could not let them know as we had to leave. We did let them know when we left. Didn't like a basement room!

Pleasant and efficient check in. Compact modern room at the back of the hotel. Quiet, immaculately clean, good shower, comfy beds and great location for our trip to Battersea. Clapham old town nearby with great restaurants and pubs.

It was very noisy outside because of the McDonald's and busy road was right outside our room. Didn't sleep brilliantly but we appreciate that the hotel couldn't do anything about the noise.

It was a spacious room with everything we needed. Nice and clean. Easy to find. Excellent value for money and staff were friendly. We needed a place to stay near Battersea Park so it was ideal place to stay. The park was a 20 minute walk from the guest house which was fine for us.

Noise. We were in a front room overlooking Wandsworth Road and traffic was, obviously, continuous. Earplugs were provided but the noise did affect an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower room and toilet were also in excellent condition. The location for public transport into London is ideal, with bus stops and a train station nearby.

Lack of privacy. Room window opened onto a McDonald's that was open late. Diners there could easily see you in your room, especially if you opened the window for some cool air which the room badly needed, it was stuffy.

Shared toilet, its a real downer, i think there’s room in the bathroom to have a toilet there and it’d make a massive difference.

Basic but nice clean room, pretty small but it’s a single room. Had tea/coffee making facilities. Front desk was nice and accommodating.

My bank card was asked for and collected by the receptionist. The bank card contains secret information and should not be asked for when you have paid. Rooms should be inspected as the guest is checking out. If damages were noted, then penalties or surcharge can be demanded from guests. Thank you.

The fan in our room didn't work but wasn't too bothered, if it wasn't so late in the night when we realised we would have asked the reception for another.

Basic but clean facilities for an overnight stay after a concert in London. Liked that there was a hairdryer installed ready. We didnt realise when booking there was a McDonald's right next door which was a bonus for us arriving back late needing quick food in an unfamiliar location.

Was allocated a ground floor room, due to mobility problems, which was very clean and comfortable. Very good location to bus stops Would return to this guest house on our next visit
