Had to climb out window one morning because door was jammed. Owner tried their best to help. Room super super small and no where to really put stuff. No where to actually eat the food you cook so had to eat on our bed. Other guests were quite loud late at night so harder to sleep

Very clean room with good kitchen facilities. Fantastic location and lots of amenities around the property and a very short distance to the centre of London. Good communication with the owner who was very helpful when I first arrived and promptly replied to messages! Good value for money!

I wasn't aware it was a single 4 bedroomed flat in a block of flats, that had scaffolding all over it for refurbishment. Although I was warned only the day before a new owner had just taken over. Clearly the flat and all the rooms were a mess when I arrived. The balcony had a lot of trash and a Pidgeon's nest with a couple of eggs in it. No toilet rolls in the morning when I left.

The location was excellent as I had an event to reach. Communication with the Vendor was good. The Cleaner was very good and I was allowed to leave my luggage in my room early. She was doing my room first and it was beginning to look acceptable and was, like the rest of the flat when I arrived back later at around 7.30 pm. I arrived early because of a meeting I had to attend, and saw that the previous owner had neglected all of the flat in terms of cleanliness. It was a bit of a shock, but the new Vendor kept communications open and we worked together to make things work well for me. When I returned later all the rooms had people in them and glances into them, showed a vast improvement. The cleaner had done a great job. It was her very 1st day of work, so she was worth an extra mention.

Check in instructions very unclear- doesn’t tell you where the lock box for the keys were. You will likely get confused on the entrance WiFi did not work It is house sit, toilet and bathroom not great but manageable if it’s a one night

Location amazing Price is great Room is fine and spacious Ok for solo person who needs a place to rest for a night. Wouldn’t be great for multiple nights or couples

No one there! Didn’t know if I was alone in this 4 bed flat - not good original details of how to enter the block of flats - no towels or soap - hard bed - some instant coffee but no in date milk

It is difficult to find the flat. The room is nothing like in the picture. Mattress and pillow are so uncomfortable to sleep. Toilet and bathroom are dirty.

Small/inexpensive things can be added to make it a more comfortable stay - hooks on the rooms for used bath towels, extra blankets in the closets, and most importantly - thicker pillows. We joked that the pillows were like crepes and the decorative pillows didn't do too much to make up for it. Not the end of the world for the pillows but certainly something that can be added to make it that much more comfortable! Still a good cheap place for one MAYBE two nights.

The pictures didn't quite match reality in terms of expecting an apartment and the lighting was quite dim. The bed linen was clean but the towels didn't seem as fresh. No TV as suggested in the description. A bit odd having no host present but rooms were occupied with total strangers. I would not recommend it for a solo female traveller.
