The lift is slightly ridiculous. I'd pressed the down button got in the lift and it took me to the top floor, no one there, went down and stopped at each floor, no one there. Needs tweaking.

Comfortable, safe, nice touch with the air-conditioning. Really nice to have a hostel that offers some privacy.

Many toilet cubicles without toilet rolls. Probably a case of bad timing, but it was irritating.

Great space, budget hotel, great location overall as expected. No disruptions from other guests and friendly staff.

A little bit of storage room would be wonderful, there is no extra locker for the bags or suitcases, during the day these can be stored in the capsule, but you should be prepared to either sleep with your luggage in bed or leave it out. There are hooks for bags. Otherwise there was a lot of under construction. It would be helpful to mark the halls how to get where, as the elevators were very slow, but you could easily get lost in staircases which were mostly still under construction.

The location is perfect for a short trip to London. The concept of the capsule hotel is also brilliant, the beds offer a lot more privacy than a typical dorm.

There is a construction site that runs all day from 8 am… not ideal if you want to sleep a bit more. Some showers are very uncomfortable directing water in another diré , water doesn’t last and other showers are quite good. Toilets don’t have a brush so is common to find all toilets at the end of the day in unpleasant conditions. Also, around the capsules there is no room for big luggage

You get everything you need and the privacy you get with the capsules is remarkable

The duration of the shower being on felt short, which made showering feel pressured and awkward.

Very easy to access and peaceful, it made travelling around London feel simple but also felt relaxing to come back to.

Probably the best value stay in Central London - good for a night.

The place still isn't finished. Uneven floors, scaffolding inside and out. My pod couldn't be locked from the outside despite bringing my own padlock. There were no lockers and no communal space - so you could only sleep/shower there. The signage inside isn't very well designed. Showers give you 10 seconds of water for each press of the button (I counted, bit tedious). Quite a long walk to the toilet in the night from your pod.

The location is excellent and I had a great night's sleep in the pod. The warmth, dimmable lighting, mattress and duvet all made for a good sleep. The pod felt clean and well ventilated and could easily be locked from the inside - which felt fairly secure. There were loads of toilets, sinks and showers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was unbeatable for central London.

Minor niggles. Noisy extractor fan in capsule means earplugs are necessary, the fan provides ventilation, so while it is possible to turn it off I would not recommend it. The stairs to the upper capsules are narrow and awkward. Bizarrely there was no cold water available in the bathroom.

Location and easy check-in and well organised.

The bathrooms were super nasty, honestly. Like, hair stuck everywhere, toilet paper on the floor... and the soap wasn't refilled on the last day I was there. Both times I showered I was so grossed out by the shower stall. I took plastic bags for my things so they wouldn't get wet and that worked but the second time I showered the shower would only stay on for literally two seconds after pressing it. There's also no temperature regulation. The pods got quite warm over night and while the fan worked, it gave me a cold immediately 😔 the line for checkout was very long but I think this was a user error with the other people not getting the tablets.

The pod itself was quite cozy and comfortable and I liked the size of the towel! The staff at the tiny reception was very nice even when it was quite busy! Everyone was quite mindful to be quiet and respectful!

It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. At first, I was worried about the shared bathrooms, but they weren’t as bad as I had imagined. The mattress was comfortable, and there was enough space. The entire staff was very nice!

    Price and location.

My capsule was clean but the locks didn’t work. I was very comfortable. A good price for the heart of central London. Not everyone enjoyed the cosy aspect of the pods but they were perfect for my purpose. I enjoyed my time. I wish the locks were secure. That’s the only negative. There was a man in our showers and toilets but I was told the dorms were gender segregated for safety. I don’t know how he managed to get in.

I couldn’t take a proper shower because the water automatically shut off after 3 seconds. They prefer this system for saving water, but it makes it hard to wash quickly and get out of the shower. Also, the mirrors are placed too high, so shorter people can’t see themselves comfortably. And there’s no hairdryer available at the facility.. definitely a minus

The central location was excellent in terms of price-performance balance. It felt clean and reliable. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful

Bit of a faff checking in and out with lots of screens but no staff to help. No cold taps to fill drinking water

If you want a cheap place to crash for a night in the most central of locations, then you can't do too much better. Capsules are big enough to sit up in and comfy. Soundproofing is better than you'd expect, especially compared to a usual hostel dorm.
