Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

I have no words to describe just how amazing this hotel was. We stayed there as a couple for a few nights and honestly didn’t even want to leave the hotel – it was that incredible. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless: the warm welcome, smooth check-in, and helpful explanations about the hotel made us feel truly taken care of. This is hands down the best five-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning – elegant, modern, and thoughtfully curated in every detail. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and extremely quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and eager to help. The pool, gym, and spa facilities were some of the best I’ve seen in any hotel. Everything was perfect. There really aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. We’ll absolutely be returning the next time we’re in London!

Room ( delux?) is ordinary beside lighting is awful; insufficient in the bathroom and also with the automatic curtain system, it is not efficient to fix the comfortable atmosphere. Decoration is like an ordinary city hotel.
Staff in everywhere is exceptional and the breakfast is really in good quality, service is gorgeous; overall management is great.

United KingdomThe service at breakfast was confusing. I knew breakfast wasn’t included in our room rate, but when we arrived in the morning just to get coffee, the hostess insisted that it was. We only wanted coffee and a croissant, and that’s what we ordered — but we were charged for a full breakfast for both of us. I also don’t understand the growing trend in some hotels of adding a service charge to the final bill without asking. This is a five-star luxury hotel, so yes — the service was excellent, as expected. But I believe the room rate should include that. Adding a charge and putting guests in the uncomfortable position of having to ask for its removal feels awkward and unnecessary. I’m sure many guests don’t speak up simply out of discomfort. I did ask for it to be removed — not because the service was poor, but as a matter of principle. I expect service to be included in a luxury stay.
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. We loved our room, and the service was kind and attentive. We also used the spa, which was a calming and relaxing experience. The team went above and beyond to accommodate the treatment we wanted (Watsu) on our preferred date, and even surprised us with a plate of chocolate-covered strawberries for my partner’s birthday — such a thoughtful touch.
