We had a fantastic stay at the Bvlgari and we were sad to leave. We stayed with our 6 month old and the hotel were amazing with him, all the little thoughts they did was great. Provided baby towel, nappy bin etc etc without us even requesting. Location is great too, maximum 5 minute walk and you can be in Harrods. Spa is also amazing, I had a few treatments and they were alls very good. Swimming pool and facilities great too. We will be back

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

That we could not stay here forever.

The Bulgari Hotel helped me with my proposal to my now fiancé. The staff was outstanding and responsive. Our reception there by the staff outclassed my expectations. Everyone at the hotel was so accommodating and professional. The room was spectacular. Spa is excellent and beautiful. Massage therapists are world class. Dinner and breakfast was, as expected, delicious and beautifully made. The cleaning staff decorated our room with roses and candles when we went for dinner which was an amazing touch. Special thank you to Andy Madkour and his team for arranging our special occasion

The price of breakfast seemed too high to me. The difference from the Bulgari hotel in Paris with the same level of room - there was no welcome compliment.

All the attributes of a good-level hotel are present! The staff and cuisine are top-notch! In the evening, you can relax in the SPA. The location is good, shops of various levels are within walking distance, the metro is nearby.
