Reviews of Bright, chilled ensuite DB room in a shared flat!

It was very nice, clean, comfortable, cozy, and tidy. I would stay there again. The instructions were very clear, and it was easy to find.

Everything was perfect, but the distances are long.

It was really nice — the room was comfortable and clean, and the host was very welcoming, so I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. It was also convenient to use the kitchen, which helped me save some money since I didn’t have to eat out.

I couldn't imagine a better place. Angheliki provided everything I needed. A warm welcome with clear information. Unfortunately, I had only three days. I would love to stay more with such a nice host.

There is nothing to complain.

In a leafy quiet area with plenty of bus stations a 5 to 15 minute pleasant walk away. Maybe a 25 minute walk to Peckham Rye, the local rail station and all the restaurants / shops / noise / crowding there. There's a nearby Best Western hotel, i.e. someone else thinks it's a good area for tourists. The area around the rental itself was clean and quiet. The whole place was spacious and clean. The hostess was personable and helpful. Ground floor.

It's a room with a small private bathroom in a very nice and quiet street, close to a big park, that actually has views of some of the City skyscrapers. Shops and Cafés are not right next to the house (that's why it's quiet), but plenty of them in walking distance (mostly "ethnic" cafes and restaurants (Asian, Arab...), which we like very much. The room is in a flat (apartment), that is also being used by the host (shared kitchen). We actually never met the host in person, but had very good communication with her via booking/WhatsApp. She was nice and gave us some valuable tips for sightseeing and dinjng/drinking. All in all very happy with the stay

Yes, the Underground station is not exactly close by and even to the bus it's a couple minute walk (which we knew beforehand, so no complaints). But one of the buses takes you directly to the Tower Bridge and further to Liverpool Street (from there, trains to Stansted Airport). And for London, to find something affordable in a relatively central location is really rare. One day we actually walked to the centre and back, including strolling through the whole City. In the end it was 35'000 steps that day, but still possible 😀 So, all things considered, a good location.

The location was great for us, a short walk to the bus stop and a nice park. Our host was lovely and met us to explain everything and gave us some tips about the city. The room was a good size and had everything that we needed.

The flat was cosy and quiet, Angheliki is a great host, attentive and helpful. It was easy to check-in (Angheliki let me leave the suitcase in the flat before the check-in time). The Internet connection was fast and stable, which was important for my work. Overall, a very pleasant experience, highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was clean, and the apartment had such a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It is located within a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus station. Highly recommend!

The host is lovely, room and ensuite is reasonable size licated in a very quiet part of the outer city.

The location was not far to bus stations, was about 5-7 minutes walk depending on the route you want to talk. The host was very warm and friendly. Was more like a home away from home

Everything was bright and warm and cozy. A very good place to stay in London. It's calm and the host was very friendly and you can check in late with a key box, just perfect for us. The street is also next to the new Banksy Stop sign (which was stolen just an hour later.)

The flat is in a very quite and safe neighborhood, well connected with bus, train, tube. The host is really caring and nice, and the room is well organized and comfortable. Is perfectly clean, by far the cleanest accomodation I experienced in London in years. Great room!

It had its own bathroom. If only it was cleaned better, then it would have been a pleasant stay. There were black dirt on the glass doors and the tiles.

The bathroom tiles needs grouting and cleaning of black mold and so it is looking tired. The laundry was filled with the owners laundry stuff it felt like it wasn’t allowing to be used by the guest. The kitchen pots& pans are old and stained, there wasn’t enough utensils(knives fork, spoons) provided. Just one fork and one bowl and one mug. The password on the wifi is in tiny unreadable letters. The heater was hidden out of sight we had to ask for it in the middle of the night as it was cold leading to Christmas. The place in not easily connectable by tube we had to Uber each night of the 3 night stay. We drew attention to the other apartment owners as it said on the main entry doors Unit 2 is illegally being used as an AirBnB and it is not allowed.

It was fine my staying there. The owner is a very friendly and kind person.

The room is spacious enough, host was very friendly over the messages (we didn't meet in person). Conection to the city center is good ( bus station 7min walking distance). It was really clean and warm. It was great for our three nights stay!
