From the design of the rooms to the staff in the restaurant everything was fantastic.

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on! Breakfast was generous and all staff were wonderfully welcoming. The room size was generous and presentation was homely.

The noise from the Main Street meant sleep was interrupted. We left the windows open so that didn’t help. The earplugs provided were an excellent touch and we are grateful to have them handy by the bedside. Given the space in the bathroom, it would be beneficial to have a stand by the basin. There was a chair but not big enough.

Garden suite was amazing, so spacious and comfortable.

Room was very nice but got very hot during the day as it faced west. By the evening it had usually turned into a sauna… The beds were very comfortable and there was lots of space to store things. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room, I went to sit on the staircase outside… which was actually quite pleasant with the room being very hot. Breakfast was great in the cafe. Inverary is a lovely lovely place, especially the castle is beautiful and the views you have on Loch Fyne are fascinating.

The ‘refreshing’ of the room was kept to a minimum each day, with the shower never being cleaned…

Location. Inveraray is a pleasant place. Great bathroom.. Comfortable bed.

The courtyard is a bit noisy. Too many emails received (6), containing the same information, which was generic and didn't take into account the information we gave (time of arrival)

The room was clean, comfortable and cosy whilst also being modern. Loved the bathroom. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the smart TV. Found free parking easily on Main Street. Close to all Inverary attractions and enjoyed drinking and eating in local pubs. Would definitely stay again!!

Room was gorgeous, huge bathroom, tastefully decorated and spotless. Continental breakfast was ample. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the cafe and friendly staff. Breakfast was a nice touch. Checking in service was excellent.

Room wasn’t clean. Carpets needed a good vacuum. Rubbish under the bed.

Very friendly staff, perfect location

The bed was a bit soft and the room a bit expensive, although this seems to be the rule in Scotland in summer

Ideal location. Situated in centre. Easy fir all Inveraray attractions and close to others outwith the town

Room brand new, equipped with kitchenette. Property on main street - excellent location. Check-in was a breeze

Brambles shouts at you that someone cares! The whole place is immaculately presented, with a touch of understated flare! My room was spacious, as was the en-suite. The bed was hugely comfortable and the location is perfect for everything in beautiful Inveraray! The cafe/restaurant at ground level is absolutely perfect with lovely food served by pleasant, helpful staff! Go!

Nothing not to like!

Always stay here when passing through and it never disappoints. It is truly excellent. Staff very helpful and owners exceptional. Room was excellent and bathroom gleamed and looked brand new. It just seems to get better each time we visit.

Great room with a big bed and wonderful bathroom, Loved the rainfall shower. Directly on the main street in Inveraray, close to all the shops.

The breakfast was disappointing. It was in the Cafe across the road. Cooked breakfast was an extra cost. The coffee sat on a heater and was bitter.

Great one of the best in scotland. Stay here every time

What a lovely place! We felt right at home immediately. Our rooms were so spacious and comfy - the bathroom was gigantic and I couldn't resist taking a bath in the wonderful new bathtub. The bath products also smelled amazing. There were little treats in the room and really nice mugs for tea and coffee in the morning. Everything was also super clean. We had dinner next door at The George (I think that's what it was called) which was delightful and there's a little store across the street from the hotel that has pretty much anything you could need. We had to leave early in the morning so couldn't enjoy the breakfast that was offered but they gave us to-go containers for food and drinks which was very kind. The woman who welcomed us initially was also very friendly and helpful. It's a sweet little town - highly recommend if you're stopping through!

The room was in a great location. It is an historic building they have well apportioned into generous deluxe rooms. The included continental breakfast was a well supplied buffet with lots of options. The staff was very friendly.

The only negative is the bed was too soft.
