It was a lovely room overlooking an absolutely stunning garden. Ira, the host, met us on arrival and gave us a brief tour of the accommodation. She was extremely helpful and hospitable. She provided one of the best welcome packs I’ve ever had, including crisps, chocolates, biscuits, all the usual hot drinks as well as milk, water and orange juice. The room is beautifully decorated and the bathroom is stylish. Highly recommended.

The room was immaculate, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and d attentive. Lovely touches like fresh flowers and basket of snacks in the room with fresh milk and juice in the fridge. The room has a lovely view of the garden and is close to public transport links. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend 😊

Not that I didn't like, but I ordered Uber eats and forgot to request utensils from restaurant so it happened that I ate my dinner with my hands lol 😆 if you plan to order food to your room, don't forget utensils or request them from the host. I just didn't want to disturb anyone ☺️ not a biggie at all

Very very cozy and quiet and private and super beautiful with an amazing soothing garden just there. One of the best properties I have stayed in so far (and I stay in hotels for work multiple times per month!) The bathroom was lush! Shower and design and plants.. everything was superb

Totally exceeded my expectations. I booked last minute as my husband was having surgery in the nearby St Richards hospital. I booked as an 'emergency' really, in case I needed somewhere close by to stay that night, but also, somewhere I could wait in peace and quiet whilst he was in as I was not allowed to wait with him. Ira prepared my room early for me so I was able to arrive shortly after I dropped my husband at hospital and was so kind and caring via message. Her husband then let me in, was very discreet and kind, simply opened the room and showed me the ropes and left as he knew I was feeling pretty anxious. The room and bathroom were simply exquisite and everything was thought of, even the fact that the skylight had a remote control blind. I've just never seen such a beautiful suite and exquisite bathroom. The garden is absolutely breathtaking and I simply can't fault anything. From the orange juice in the fridge to the hand written card on arrival. Utter perfection and better than any hotel.

Our stay here was wonderful! The hosts were lovely and very kind and welcoming. They were super available to help us out and even offered to drive us to nearby towns for food recommendations and to go to the Alpaca walking activity we booked. The room had everything we needed (even heated flooring!) so we felt very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We would definitely stay again! Perfect getaway spot for friends, couples or going solo ✨

Great location in Bosham , close to the bus stop and train station . We have family in the village so used it as a base to see them. Room was super , clean and lots of little touches that showed care and attention to detail . Tea and coffee , snacks and water/milk/juice provided.

The Room at the back of the house also enjoys the owners excellently maintained private garden, a peaceful environment. The finish of the property is high standard with quality fittings, a very comfortable bed and spacious shower room. Off-street parking and private side entrance. The owners were there to greet and provided recommendations for eating out in the local area. Some good touches including tea varieties and coffee along with fridge with fresh milk and juices.
