The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was in a good location and close to many attractions. There are various grocery shops, street food venues, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed it here.

The shower fixing to the wall was broken, the shower itself worked well. However, we reported this and were told that it would be fixed. Having breakfast, tea, coffee & milk etc was great.

This was in a good location for us and nice to stay in a flat rather than a hotel. The directions to the flat given by the host made it easy to find. (relying on google maps only got us close)

I like everything

My family and I had a fantastic few days, all the tourist sites were within a 15-minute walk, the apartment was very nice, clean, everything was organized, the staff was excellent and helped me a lot. I will return to the same place again.

The kitchen and bathroom were a bit small for our family of 5. There’s no living room. But the location was great and the rooms are very comfortable. Good value for money.

Great flat in central London within walking distance from/to Victoria station and other tube stations. The rooms were spacious. The fridge was stocked up with fruits, bread, ham, turkey breast slices, milk and juices for our breakfast. Tesco is just 2 mins around the corner if we needed anything else.

We had a very comfortable stay! We had plenty of space and enjoyed that it was on the ground floor! Kitchen was easy to navigate and we appreciated the breakfast items to make getting out the door more convenient!

The location is fantastic! It’s close to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben but also St James Park and Victoria. All are walking distance. Although the central location, the house is part of a group of buildings and it faces an exclusive parking area, which means it’s very quiet. The communication with the owner was super easy and he left us very good products for a very nice breakfast. We were 4 adults and the house was perfect for us. The beds are good and there’s is space to move around. We all gathered at the kitchen, which is not big but it works fine and it has everything needed.

This is absolutely no reflection on the flat but I generally prefer a two-bathroom property. The fact, however, that there was a separate WC PLUS a sink and shower room was a really close second! :-)

Big Ben's Shade was beyond expecations and the value for money was phenominal! It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The flat was colourfull and quirky and right up our street. The host kindly provided breakfast/snack provisions for us including fresh fruit, juice, milk, bread, cheese and lunch meats. We were able to make breakfast at the flat in the morning before we left and either fix something at home or warm up leftovers in the evening. Great pizza spot across the street, too! Proximity to St James's Park and Victoria underground stations was a matter of blocks and St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Covent Garden, the Thames, etc. were easibly walkable. Host communiucation was so responsive! He was very gracious when I advised of train delays for checking in and provided an easy alternative complete with photos and a video on where to go.

The location is perfect. Every tourist attraction can be reached by foot, tube, or any other local transportation. It is located in a quiet part, so, during the night we had a very good sleep without any interruptions. We made breakfast, but we were very pleased that the breakfast items such as fruits, butter, jam, bread, ham, cheese, milk, and juice, waited for us in the fridge. The flat is on the ground floor and very easy to access. The flat is decorated in the English style. The beds were comfy. The place was very well-cleaned and cozy. We met Dino when we arrived. He picked us up at Victoria Station, and we walked to the flat (7min). He is a very nice guy, and he gave us a lot of information and useful tips. He surprised us with a delicious cheesecake and beer. Unfortunately, we haven't met Edwin because he was away, but maybe some other time when we will come back.

Floors were a little too dirty to have our baby crawl around. Probably not a typical problem for the everyday traveler.

Fabulous location and a tremendous value. Easy communicating with Edwin. The juice, bread, and jam was a nice little bonus. The washing machine in the unit really came in handy!

Great apartment in the very center. A very warm welcome from host, clean and ,most importantly, a spacious apartment for London. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs 3 room apartment. An exellent location.
