Everything was dirty.

Location was good

There was an issue with the lock on the entrance door which left me feeling as though our safety was compromised as it was left unlocked overnight.

Bed was squeaky ,bed had some stains on it, dust on the wardrobe , key lock didn’t work outside yet when another person that was inside opened the door and saved us got to the room and door lock didn’t work at first with code I was given after a few tries it worked then I found the key on the table for the front door plus window wouldn’t shut and was very noisy all night so if I’m honest I wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all due to these factors also tried to call host for some help and no answer yet I called him multiple times so will not be staying here again

Easy to catch public transport.

All of it, the photos look nothing like the place advertised on booking.com, I was so disappointed and my partner was so upset ( in tears ) as soon as we arrived at the accommodation, we both felt so un safe with kids with masks hanging outside the property. I knew it hit rock bottom. Everywhere was filthy! Walked straight to the bathroom to find the shampoo and body wash holder was full of mold, the toilet still had left overs in it and the shower bath itself had marks in it. Couldn't decide if it was rat droppings, the kitchen had porridge packet left opened and scattered all over the cupboard and on the kitchen counter, the bedroom was like a cardboard box with ripped up tissue on the bed and floor. The pillows cases stained. I would not recommend staying here! We booked a hotel 30mins away in the space of 10minutes after arriving at this place. I'm shocked that this place is advertised on booking.com

The room and apartment were kept relatively clean. The apartment is centrally located.

My partner and I checked out early this morning after a 3 night stay and have never been so relieved to leave a room behind. The apartment was deceiving in its description as you rent one of many tiny rooms within an apartment. There should be more transparency about how many people may be staying there. There was one toilet and one respective shower/bathroom for 8 people at one point. Upon arrival, the front door keypad for the apartment was not working, and we could not get in. It was not just us as other guests who were leaving confirmed that it did not work for them either. While someone arrived quickly to address the keypad issue, it only somewhat worked afterwards and the code would have to be entered multiple times to get the door to open. The room and apartment were relatively clean, but the bed was an absolute nightmare. Metal springs could easily be felt throughout the mattress and it was a terrible excuse for a bed. The worst sleep I've had in a long time. Also, the walls were very thin and snoring could be heard from the next room even with earplugs in. I paid way too much for this room, even if it was in a central location. Do not recommend.
