Excellent location, wonderful hosts, clean and tidy. There was a comfort problem with the mattress, they replaced it for us the next day. We are sure we will be back!

We liked how clean the place looked. Looked very stylish. we also liked how prompt the owner was .

We didn't like the squeak from the doors and the banging. I think they need doorstoppers. And for the squeak maybe oiling or better quality doors. As for the number of people maybe a bigger bed should have been ordered as our bed felt like a single persons bed rather than for two.

The location was the best. It was central to all the stations.The room was clean and had everything you needed. The kitchen was very useful.

Our room was in the loft. It had ceilings where u could bang your head. Also had to climb two levels with heavy bags. No lifts. The room was spacious for two people not three. Also on a hot day it was very hot.

The location was good. It was near the Tube and the neighborhood generally was quiet. The staff was also reachable and provide assistance to some degree.

The bed was not comfortable. The cleanliness of the place is questionable. The toilet is not en-suite with the room. The kitchen equipment are dated and not clean.

Loved the room with large windows and view into the road and lawn.. Ventilation was spot on and enough storage space in the room for a 7 day stay..common areas had the basic amenities to cook and do laundry..the host was responsive and helped to correct the fuse trip issue due to a faulty kettle.. location was also quite close to shops, metro but a good quiet residential area..

1.Wifi was a bit volatile.. disconnecting randomly 2.The chair for the work desk was not ergonomic to sit and work with a laptop as it was much lower the desk area. 3.The doors in all rooms seems to closing hard due to the mechanism being too tight and made a lot of noise which was disturbing especially at nights 4.Bed was too saggy for me and was not very supportive and made me feel sore post sleep. 5.Better noise isolation was needed atleast in my room as I could hear the guests getting into the rooms,their footsteps on the stairs,floor above, etc 6.TV was mounted in a way that made it difficult to access the HDMI ports to connect my firetv stick

Property is very clean and tidy. Ample parking. Has all the amenities you require for a stay. Fab location and close to the tube station to get into Central London. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, cosy, homely

Property is fantastic, good value for money. No problems, great communication, good hosts and staff, friendly environment and clean and comfort is the keyword for this house.

The place was immaculately clean throughout. Very peaceful, quiet, and such a wonderful helpful, super polite, responsive host, although there were no problems to even need help with. I was VERY Impressed with how clean it was as I have OCD. The smell of the room was fantastic, super new appliances and bed. Zero complaints with my stay and would 100% recommend others to stay there.

Great stay, though short. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent contact with the owner, well-equipped kitchen, and delicious coffee. The owner took care of every detail and was very helpful. I definitely recommend it, and if I visit the UK again, I will definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in Elmwood for a month and really enjoyed it as it’s such a comfortable and luxurious stay. The house is really thought-through with the decoration and appliances that are provided. You don’t miss anything from your morning coffee, cooking for lunch to doing your laundry in the evening. The house is close to two different tube lines which make the journey to the city of London very easy, also Wembley is only 2 Stopps away for a shopping trip to the outlet. If there are any issues, the owner is easy to reach out on WhatsApp and really fast with replies. Also the housekeeping lady has been very nice & cleaning the communal areas. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing about the house

The host was so helpful and kind, and he allows us to store our baggage in the accommodation before our check-in time, so we didn't have to search for any baggage storage, even if we came to London very early in the morning. We really appreciate it! Owner was also very reachable and he reacted immediatelly, so it was very nice. It was our 4th stay in London during 2 years and I have to say, it was our best experience at all. The apartment was fully equiped as well as the common kitchen. So during our stay we didn't miss anything. Kenton is cca 40 minutes away from the city centre, on the other side the neighborhood was quiet and there are two underground stations nearby. Bus stop is only few metres from the house, so for us it wasn't problem to get anywhere we wanted. I I would definitely recommend this accommodation and for our next trip it will be our first choice.

Everything was great.

The facilities were amazing and everything was very clean and comfy. The metro station was at most 3 minutes of walking. Surely coming back and recommending forward.

Kind of far from the centre, but how close the metro station was, you can’t complain.
