SwitzerlandMaybe some towel hooks in the bathroom. We were welcomed so nicely by the lady at reception. But when we checked out, the other lady, didn't even ask us about our stay, just gave us the bill to pay. Not a complaint, just a minor gesture that felt uncomfortable.
The size and the facilities in the room were excellent. Very clean. We loved the spa as well, which was included in the stay. We had breakfast only 1 day and the spread was very good including high quality teas. Cheese was missing though. The chacuterie was also very good and well priced. Overall very satisfied. 10 min walk to the riveria, 25 min to the old town, but there is a busstop 300 meters outside the hotel.

United KingdomIt is a bit of a walk down to La Croisette, meaning you have to walk back up in the heat. We managed it fine without cabs but something to bear in mind when coming back. The nearest supermarket was also down the hill. The lunch options were very limited so made it difficult with the shops being far away in the heat.
It was nice to have a pool as we found it difficult to find a hotel in cannes with a pool that was suitable for our budget. The room was very large and comfortable with a kitchenette so we had the option to cook

After an issue with our original hotel booking, we reserved this one at the last minute—and how lucky we were! The hotel was fantastic. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern. We loved the beautiful pool, and the rooftop hot tub with views over Cannes was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The staff were all very friendly, especially Tatiana, who gave us such a warm and welcoming greeting. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything. This is our 9th visit. We love everything about this hotel. Isabelle and her team make us feel valued customers. It’s peaceful but walking distance from all Cannes has to offer. We enjoy the heated pool and swim each morning. We will return for sure.

SwitzerlandThe sauna was very small and did not meet the expectation at all. Even the reservation system does not really work. The rooms were rather small, and the breakfast a little to expensive for what you get.
Overall, it was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bathroom was big enough. The staff was very friendly as well, and it's a nice place where you can also get some work done; tables in the rooms but also in the breakfast hall.

Our room - a small section on the room and bathroom ceiling looked like it needed fixing - not that it was in the line of site, or detracted from the experience. The parking space was a little tight when manoeuvring into the spots but not a major issue - but the spaces themselves are relatively spacious. They did also have a couple of spaces outside.
Comfortable well appointed rooms, spacious bathroom, great leisure facilities - including heated outdoor rooftop jacuzzi / outdoor heated mini pool and sauna and steam room. Private secure parking.
