Everything was great!

The room was very good; it was clean, had enough space and a nice bathroom. The staff was very organized and are very quick to respond for any questions. Couldn't be more happy with our stay here. The promenade and nearest tram/metro station are within walking distance.

The property is in a peaceful and quiet which we enjoyed as we don’t like being in super touristy areas. The hotel itself is very beautiful and also quiet. Our room was very spacious and well kept. Régine is the absolute best! She is very accommodating, thoughtful and resourceful

It's not on the front along the water which would have been more convenient but it was only a 5 min uber ride away.

Staff were incredible, the room was huge as was the bathroom. And the place was spotlessly clean.

Unbeknown to me, when I booked the weekend away, it was the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and thee end of the Cannes film festival, so I had to pay more than normal for the room , hence me not scoring a 10 for value to money.

Quiet tranquil position, very close to promenade and beach, also closest tram stop was only a 5 minute walk. Room we stayed in was large and had lots of traditional character.

Very nice accommodation. Big room and a terrace where you can seat very confortable. It's new renovated. The bathroom is big also. Very quiet area and easy to go to the tram station. The host Regine is very nice and helpful!

Not alot wrong with it, only slight downside was quite alot of stairs and the location was a bit out of the way but we just got cabs or tram.

The room was beautiful and I've never stayed in a hotel so clean! Also the orange trees in the garden were stunning.

It was an excellent stay, beautifull light clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly helpfull lady Régine at the reception. Very recommend for a nice stay. Also, great location, the villa is just nearby from the station, easy to get (straight tram/train from the Nice airport)

Loved our room it was a great size and the bathroom was as well. Decorated beautifully with little extras. Bed comfy. Area quiet. Breakfast was great. A little out of the way for Restaurants and about a 25 minute walk to train station. Highly recommend. X

The location is great: quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close to the sea, tram station. The hotel itself is gorgeous: very aesthetic interior and exterior. But the real gem of the villa is Nikolas. Very helpful, generous, attentive, friendly and warmly welcoming person. In this property we felt like real guests. Definitely want to come again

Nice rooms, very clean, nice garden, the staff is super nice! The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood yet walking distance from restaurants, beach and center. If you don't mind walking the location is great!

I would have liked a more powerful shower but it was good enough. I would also have liked different pillows as I didn’t find the ones I slept on very comfortable. These I think are personal preferences and others might not have any issues.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Beautiful garden and building. The hotelier was warm and welcoming. The area was very quiet and I did not hear the other guests in my room so it was well insulated.

The Hotel is in a very quiet place surrounded by beautiful buildings and not far away from the museum "des Beaux-Arts de Nice" and only about half an hour away from the airport and a 10 min walk from "la Promenade des Anglais". Regine employed by the owner of the Hotel has been looking after us very well. After we had arrived she brought us a cup of tea to our room and always made sure that there was hot water for tea. Regine is a very friendly and helpful person. She also made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast. We can really recommend this place to people who like a personal touch and who like peace and quiet and a safe neighborhood. It is very easy to get from this Hotel to any place in Nizza.

Super nice and spacious room! Only complaint is that I messaged in advance if my sister could leave her suitcase with mine while I was awaiting check-in (she was leaving later that day) and they told me yes. When we arrived, they said there was no room for her suitcase so we were stuck with it for the day. This was unfortunate. But otherwise enjoyed the accomodations!

Nicolas was a very friendly, helpful & accommodating host. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and its proximity to the museum down the street, and the infrastructure reachable just a few min. on foot. (many stores, restaurants, tram, beach). The garden patio was glorious -- esp. having breakfast there !

Very cosy hotel in a very nice villa with garden. The room and shower was large and comfortable, the small terrace was lovely. The location was in a residential quiet area well attended, near the beach and other amenities. Nicola, the host was very kind also helping us to keep in place our luggages.
