Getting into the parking area was tight. The self serve continental breakfast was very basic.

The apartments are well designed. The room was cold when we arrived but warmed up quickly. If you self cater, the kitchen/lounge upstairs was lovely. The house is an easy walk into the centre of town.

Communication with owner could be better. Didnot see anyone until the cleaners came in on the fifth morning. Replying to emails got bounced back.

Plenty of milk and OJ for breakfast. Cornflakes and cereal. Biscottes disappointing. Kettle as well as coffee machine. Lovely large and secluded rear garden. Off street parking. Would book again.

It's all good.

Large en suite room, very well equipped kitchen, huge living room and a particularly big garden with a decked seating area to enjoy it. There is ample parking but it needs a careful eye getting in from the narrow street. Remember there will likely be other guests. The village itself is a delight with a few bars and restaurants to hand. Highly recommended as a stop off for the ferry/channel tunnel. A real find and we'll use it again, no hesitation.

The property is very well designed, the rooms are large and the communal areas are very generous size and they got everything you need, very well organised and clean. Very easy to access and lovely garden space where we enjoyed the our breakfast.

Check in was a bit weird. To find how to get in I phoned the number on booking.com and a very helpful gentleman told me the combination to the main door and where to find my room. He was very patient , and fortunately his English was vastly better than My French. It all worked but a bit odd for a first time stayer.

We arrived quite late on a Monday evening out of season and there weren't many places open for food - our fault for not checking beforehand. We did find one place open in walking distance and there we several other options had it been during holiday season or another day - this is just a heads up for anyone who might arrive in same position as there is nothing the hosts can do about this so not a criticism.

beautiful garden you can access from the room; great kitchen and living area that you can use during your stay. Lovely lake and canal nearby. The house itself is really6 pretty and unusual and you are itight in the heart of a lovely french town with lots of charming features, also very easy journey to the tunnel.

Some delay in getting the entry code to the building.

Well converted and extended traditional building with attractive large garden. Guests can use the common facilities with inside or outside seating. Breakfast was “do it yourself” with basic ingredients provided. Located close to the central village square with shops and restaurants. Parking at the address. Very quiet.

There was a lack of communication. Before arriving we didn't receive any check-in instructions. 5 hrs before arrival we sent a message to the host and got no reply. When we arrived at the property, we had no idea how to enter. There were other guests also trying to enter. We called the host and got no answer. Finally the other guests were able to reach the host by text message.

Beautifully restored home with modern amenities. Large yard which our dog was very happy to play in.

Nothing really. We could have done with the access code sooner as we arrived late and it was tricky contacting the host for a minute. But that's just something to remember to ask for before to our arrival

The villa is modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet village within 30 mins of Calais, so perfect for a late arrival from the UK. It has a well equipped kitchen (though the induction hob is a little complicated - could do with instructions) so you can bring your own food. But then again the village has a good restaurant and patisserie. Would definitely recommend.

Parking is a bit difficult so you need to pay extra attention. No soap provided to wash your hands, but it might have been a one-off oversight.

The village was a bit quiet. We could not find a restaurant walking distance from the place, but we settled for pizza from the local takeaway,

This is a recently refurbished and very stylish property. It definitely has a wow factor. The location was excellent, especially when looking to travel through the channel.
