Lovely hotel perfectly located to spend a few nights visiting Strasbourg and its surroundings. Only a 2-minute walk to the Petite-France area and just 10 minutes to the Cathedral and main train station. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we particularly thank the housekeeping team, our room was spotless each day of our stay. Highly recommended and would stay again!

I was assigned to a “club room” which directly looked out onto the rooftop wine bar where guests could come up to relax with their drinks. I didn’t have enough privacy, having to close the blinds if people were sitting outside. Also, my room (#803) was located right on the stairway leading upstairs from me or downstairs to the lobby, so I could often hear guests walking up or down the stairs. However, I was very satisfied with all the room facilities, so my three-night stay was very satisfactory.

I really liked the professionalism of the staff. My room was spacious enough, and I enjoyed having both a safe and small refrigerator in the room. There was also a bath tub with separate shower facilities which were very convenient. I also enjoyed being so close to both the train station and major attractions of the city.

The property is a short walk to lots of sights and great restaurants! In particular I recommend the Tibetan place a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful, especially since I have mobility issues.

The ensuite bathroom in the bedroom was surrounded by a transparent glass enclosure which made the bathroom not private at all. The least one would expect is at least frosted opaque glass or even better having normal walls.

Location is very central and convenient The room was comfortable and clean even though somewhat compact. Breakfast was also very good with very friendly staff, namely Angelica, who was always ready to serve with a smile.

Our major complaint related to parking. We traveled in a small van, which we would have expected to cause no problems with height. It did, and the nearest alternative was a ten minute drive away. We would not have stayed there had we known this. The limitations of the Hotel's parking facility should be expressed clearly on the website.

Bathroom was very small - fine for wiry built folk but a larger person may want to consider a standard room with more space.

The rooms (single) were too small, the noise from the upper floor gusts was not properly filtered and the bed mattress tent to constantly move me towards the middle of the bed.

The locations was excellent and we a enjoyed a very nice breakfast. It was a great gesture the offering of free goods from the mini bar.

There is nothin to not like

The location is perfect, right within the center of strasbourg old town and close to P+R train station (<5 Min walk). It is easy to park at P+R. and commute in, parking and train is one cheap ticket and you avoid the hassle of small narrow roads with a confusing layout of one way streets.

Our arrival. Our greeting at reception was marred by the arrival of some bus of guests on tour. Very loud. Very crowded which was unfortunate. It didn’t seem like the kind of hotel booked out by coach tour.

Hotel has loads of charm and individuality. In a very good location to explore by foot.

For a 4* hotel I’d expect a coffee machine in the room rather than a kettle with instant. We were there 2 nights and unable to access the roof top bar which was a pity

There was a lovely young woman at the reception desk for both days of our stay who was fantastic—kind, helpful, courteous and professional. Give her a raise! We appreciated that the hotel loaned umbrellas. The service at breakfast was also exemplary. The staff were all attentive and friendly.
