Only the beautiful sea view and the location!

We had a very disappointing stay. The parking door was broken, so we had to drag our luggage up through the parking to reach the elevator. In the apartment there was no proper air conditioning, only a portable unit and two fans. The sofa bed was badly stained, the floors were so dirty that our white socks turned black within minutes, and we had to wash all the floors ourselves. The bathroom and corridor lights were flickering, the soap was diluted with water, and the ventilation did not work. The worst part was that I accidentally left behind my expensive electric shaver, a gift from my daughters. I immediately informed the administration and even offered a reward, but they claimed it was never found. Very poor maintenance, neglectful management, and zero responsibility. Sadly, I cannot recommend these apartments-your holiday can be easily ruined.

The apartment was in a good location for exploring Monte Carlo and Monaco. The apartment itself is modern and very nice. The view from the balcony was amazing and the secure parking was an added bonus. The communication with the host was also excellent with clear instructions on accessing the apartment and garage. Overall a great 2 night stay.

The huge terrace is perfect and view is beautiful The apartman is nice.

There are some incompleteness : kitchen tissue, we got only one hand towel for two person,.the pillows are not comfy . The hob, the shelf in the wardrobe was dirty and the corners in the bathroom were dirty My opinion to find your apartman on easy way that is to give more information on site regarding stairs because individual persons traveling from other countries I am not sure everyone finds your apartman as Google Maps does not show stairs and even no any name on the street so it could be hard to find this address as the local people dont speak English and maybe other travellers had same problem only they didnot mentioned it. I wanted to ask only helping but instead I was hung up..

Apartment is nice and spacious,modern , well maintained, clean, bathroom is big, great balcony, great view, close to Monaco (walking distance 15-20 mins), 45mins to Prince's Palace by foot. Available bus stop nearby.

Dishes should be checked by host before check in( some glasses, mugs and pot were not clean, but washing mashine fixed it).4 big towels were available, 1 per person which is ok but only 1 small to be commonly used fo face. Pillows are not soft and comfortable, but is depends on person these are not things which I would think of as minus, but just feedback what could be improoved to be really great.

A wonderful apartment and a perfect location for a walk in Monaco. The view from the spacious terrace is wonderful. Perfect arrival guide. Appreciate your work Mathieu!

Cozy apartment with great interior design and nice view of the sea! It is 20 mins walk to city center!

Pillows weren’t comfortable for sleeping and it would be nice to have extra pillow and quilt. And there is no supermarket in the neighborhood!

I loved the view every morning, and how safe you feel once you’re in the apartment

There’s no paths leading up to the property other than the one outside so it’s not ideal if you’re walking, as there’s sharp bends everywhere but it’s manageable
