Staff very helpful and accommodating - were busy but able to check us in early and swapped room for ground level. Breakfast delicious and had everything we liked. Kettle in room was appreciated.

Despite telling them on booking I was as coeliac ( Gluten Free) and nut free & reminding them on check in , the only item they could offer was opened , stale rice cakes. No Gf croissants or bread. They offered a GF cereal but contained nuts. Fortunately there was plenty of ham , cheese etc so I didn’t go hungry

Good for a one night stopover en route. Although on a business park, location was fine for us . Was able to buy a pizza, for evening meal so didn’t have to leave property. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Extremely well located, ample free parking, clean and cool bedroom and very good breakfast. I (unknowing) lost my cash and credit cards and they contacted me whilst I was en route to the UK - fortunately reuniting them with me before the end of the day.

We loved this hotel and it was comfortable, clean and lovely helpful staff. The recommendation for food at a lovely local restaurant was perfect. Breakfast was excellent, great choice, good coffee and all nicely presented.

The shower curtain had mold in the bottom, I assume because it doesn’t dry properly. But could been washed with bleach or something.

The place is nice, quiet, I enjoyed the green grass zone, birds singing, really pieceful to relax after long drive. Seems the building is newly built.

Great hotel in a very quiet location, close to main auto route. Rooms spotlessly clean. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Outside spaces for relaxing with a drink or picnic. Guillame on reception made us welcome as soon as we stepped through the door. Excellent hotel and experience as we have found with many Best Western hotels.

The hotel was excellent for us as it’s only of the motorway so was a very easy stopover. It’s was clean and comfortable with large room and bathroom size. For a budget hotel it exceeded expectations. The staff were terrific especially the girl , she couldn’t be more helpful and was trying very hard to accommodate our needs🙏🤩. They even made us hit lively pizza as it was a Sunday and nothing was open . Couldn’t ask for anything more ☺️

This is going to sound churlish perhaps. Perhaps a better title would not be "What I didn't like" rather "Something of which to be aware". The hotel is located in what looks like an old industrial estate. Warehouses, little factories, other buildings from back in the day. I suspect it is zoned for redevelopment since as well as this hotel, there are some other new buildings. I mentioned the terrible weather - the sky was covered and the freezing fog descended. The roads are a bit rough with no delineated or made up kerbs. There is no street lighting so it was pitch black also with no ambient light. If you have GPS, you will be fine as the hotel appears on there. So it is not a bad thing and it is not the hotel's fault. I guess one day, there will be proper roads in the area. Just be careful when you drive in.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had. I am not sure of the age of the hotel but it is in immaculate condition. All of the public areas are spotless and the morning room for breakfast is well appointed with plenty of space. While I am here, let's mention the breakfast. It is a nice spread of buffet items and everything was fresh. The bread and viennoiserie was delicious. There are some hot items as well as cold cuts of ham and cheese. I enjoyed my breakfasts! The hotel is on two levels, ground and 1st floor. I am not sure if there is a lift for wheelchair users, perhaps there is on the other side. (The hotel is laid out like a letter U with the rooms on the vertical part and public area on the horizontal). One item to note is as I climbed the stairs to my room, I looked out directly at the A62 motorway. Not a sound! The stairs and indeed my room were sound-proofed to a good degree. It is a peaceful hotel and there is hardly any extraneous noise. The bedroom is a welcome haven. Quiet, as mentioned. The air conditioning works well. The nights I stayed were experiencing a particularly cold snap with overnight temperatures of -6C and barely above 0C during the day. At not time was I cold in the room. The bed is comfortable along with the pillows supplied. The bathroom is well appointed with an illuminated mirror and a good walk-in shower with a usual hose pipe but the added benefit of a ceiling rose, rainfall type of shower head. A personal favourite of mine. The staff were charming. I met the reception people, there was a young gentleman taking care of the breakfast room, the big boss (or a gentleman sitting in an office behind reception and the cleaners. All were happy, ready to chat and generally pleasant. In summary, this was an excellent hotel, well worth the money and I would love to stay there again.

The staff was extremely efficient and pleasant. The room size is perfectly fine. Overall, the room is very cozy: the heating system works really well, and the bedding and mattress were very comfy. The fact that the restrooms and the bathroom are separated is quite nice. Last but not least, it was quiet and peaceful, so we were able to recharge batteries fully before heading back home.
