The apartment was immaculate and spacious and has everything you need. It is in the perfect location with some of the best restaurants only steps away. Main train station was literally a 3 minute walk and the beautiful beach about a 7 minute walk. As we arrived early, our host Florent stored our luggage so we could explore Cannes. He was always extremely responsive to messages and provided us with much information and great restaurants. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Florent upon our arrival and without a doubt I would stay at the apartment should I return to Cannes. Thankyou for a memorable stay.

Great location, very comfortable beds, lots of towels, pillows, toilet rolls. The apartment was very spacious, super clean with a fabulous shower. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was a real bonus.

Parking in Cannes can be a pain, but I would recommend to get to know parking apps and once you get a parking you just keep paying on the app. Please note it will cost a lot

I liked everything!

The host was extremely responsive and very polite. Detailed instructions how to reach the property and obtain key were clearly provided. Host was helpful in answering questions. The flat had so many small details taken into consideration that made the stay in the flat feel like was staying at home - little decorations, framed posters, books.... (hair blow dryer and, iron, provided). A/Cs in all rooms. Everything is in very good condition. Great location. Even though need to park the car at different location there is parking at Festivals et des Congress de Cannes and Train Station, short walk to property. Most properties in Cannes do not offer parking. (I would drop off luggage near property with travel partner, while I parked the car). Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

the terrace is very small and can barely fit 2 persons but that was not surprising .. the only thing we didn't like was having to share one toilet.. it says 2 bathrooms but bear in mind 2 showers and only 1 toilet

we loved staying at this apartment and will definitely consider for our next time in Cannes.. Its location is amazing .. the apartment is super duper clean and neat.. amazingly renovated in a very stylish way.. has all facilities .. host had toilet paper and tissues + all you need to cook a meal from sugar and salt... that was a sweet touch.. our standards are high coming from Dubai and we found it really lovely place.

Right in the center. Close to the Palais, Beach, restaurants and train station. Cosy atmosphere. Very clean and welcoming.

I purposely chose the apartment for the following criteria that I was looking for my mom who has trouble with stairs and walking great distances; a lift and very central. A balcony, very spacious, comfortable beds, very clean, Netflix, really perfect. 3 mins from the train station, approximately 6/7 minutes down to the veiux port and the walk towards the old town. Only 3-4 minutes down to Blvd de la Croisette. Rue Hoche has plenty of eateries and restaurants, so as soon as you walk out of the apartment you will find somewhere. Turn left (east) out of the apartment and at the end of the street is a Boulangerie, supermarket, a marche with food and clothes as well as a fishmonger. Just a shame we missed a day and half to explore properly but definitely recommend this apartment

It would be nice If they put in 5 liters of Cold water in the fridge on arrival.

Very, very good location. Total central and a lot of cosy resturantes and cafe’s and shopping possibilities righ outside the door step. I also give clean 10 points. A much better choise price vise than hotels in same size. Big space and quite new bathrooms and and a big beautiful living room. Higly recomaned

We only stayed for two nights and when we arrived, there was no soap, toilet paper, shampoo, rubbish bags,coffee nor towels enough for six adults. The underground parking is very difficult but at least there’s a parking spot.

Mattresses and cushions were a bit old so sleeping was not great.

Great central location and very nice apartment, fully furnished and perfect for a family.
