How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I just think you need to improve the gym, and since i know people dont use the gym too much but as a fitness professional for someone like me all you need to have is a dumbbell set up to least 20kg and a bench.. Nothing else to add. And the breakfast could be til 11. Those are suggestions but it was still amazing.
It was amazingly clean and the staff was friendly and even did us a favour for breakfast.

Everything. This place is an absolute gem to stay in in Cannes. From the staff who are friendly, helpful, full of chat, to the cleanness of the common areas, the breakfast staff, the suite was brilliant size, comfortable beds, air con. Honestly loved it. Would highly recommend!

Loved Everything!! Need to improve the AC in the fitness room. Could use slightly more vegetables at breakfast that would make it perfect!

Our suite was on the ground floor, and in one of the nights, we could hear the sound of the fitness machines and disturbed our sleep.

Absolutely fantastic location. We came during the F1 and Film festival and although it was busy the staff were amazing, attentive and polite. Location was 25 minutes from airport and a 10 minute walk to the beach clubs/designer shops etc. as a group of girls we felt super safe!

The position of the property. It was uphill from the train station with very busy roads to cross.
Pleasant modern property with spacious rooms. Excellent shower with plenty of towels. Spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast and lovely staff.

Two things that explained the relatively reasonable cost of the hotel rooms: 1. In order to get to the city centre, you have to go over a motorway-style road that's busy and polluted and not pleasant. The location is less than 10 mins away from the centre, so it is very central, however it's a pain having to traverse this road every day, mostly due to the pollution. However once you're at the hotel the air quality is quite clean. 2. The gym is tiny, it basically only has one treadmill and some very light weights, I'd hesitate to call it a gym. So depending on your wants and needs, this may or may not be a dealbreaker.
This is overall a brilliant hotel - it's incredibly clean, comfortable and the staff are very attentive. The breakfast also is great, and it's less than 10 mins walk to get to the city centre. I was very impressed by it overall! The wifi is fast and good for working, and they have a large lounge area downstairs with tables that are also suitable for working if you wish.

Nothing. They had some repair work during our stay but was not affecting us.
The property is the best vacation home you could imagine. The location is great for this price category, 7 mins walk to the festival palace and beach/port. Everything was so perfectly managed. Moderne decoration, spacious space, attentive and helpful staff. I would highly recommend the room with a terrace. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of selections, the coffee was good, it offers an exotic feeling in the restaurant area. Some useful information for travelers: they charge parking for €20, pet for €20 per night. The laundry is self serviced and free, only the wash tab costs €1.
