The noise from the roundabout outside when you opened the windows. But we knew this before hand given the location. When we did close the windows it was silent.

Clean, presentable, just like the photos and location was spot on! The internet went down due to a fault in the local network and the host sorted us out with a new source that day! He was the best!

A great apartment in a very good location. It was easy to walk into the old town and right by the beach. Very many fine restaurants within a short walk. The apartment had everything up to date and looks to be newly renovated. The host was there to answer our questions. We conversed through Google translator, and nothing got lost in translation. The owner was very conscientious and took time to help us. There is also a washing machine, as well as, all the other up to date items. The host had a card that allowed us to park for free at a nearby underground facility that was secure and safe.

Construction improvements down the street are not pretty but certainly necessary and should be completed soon.

Immaculate, cozy apt in this sweet town of Menton with a beautiful view. The parking garage was the nicest garage we’ve ever experienced, filled with scent and soft music 😄 We loved walking the boardwalk away from the crowds of Nice and Monaco where we visited. Communication w/host is excellent!

Parking was confusing for us. We did not understand that there is free public parking and free garage parking . if all free public parking in front of Accomodation was taken you can go to underground parking using a parking garage card from inside the Accomodation. The hosts were very good with communications.

We liked being able to see the beach from the apartment.Hosts were very good at communicating during stay.

There was nothing not to like. Yohan asked me if I had any suggestions & I mentioned the bed cushions. Personally I’m not great with flat bed pillows & suggested 2 each would be great. The apartment was so beautifully clean & organised I didn’t want to take the bed pillows from the bed upstairs but Yohan was so amiable that I know that would not have been a problem.

I loved absolutely everything about this beautiful apartment. Meticulously clean, beautifully fitted out, glorious views, central to everything in Menton. Yohan was a helpful host. I wouldn’t want to share this apartment with another couple as it is an intimate space; 2 girlfriends would be fun though. We didn’t move our luggage into the wardrobe as it was concerned I would mark the beautiful paintwork as it looked all brand new. Great parking in one of the best parking stations I have ever driven into which was included in the cost. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything you need, plus a coffee/pod machine. Glorious views. At first sight i was concerned with the traffic noise but once inside the double glazed french windows block out all street noises. The bathroom is beautiful & is complete with a washing machine & towel drying rack. Very comfortable bedding.

It was a little bit noisy with other families in the close proximity of the other units. The beds were a bit noisy. There were no blankets. And no extra pillows. We didn’t find them until the end of the trip as they were under the bed.

We love the location. We loved the value of the property. We felt very secure and very safe. The parking was close by and super easy to get to and navigate. And a huge bonus. The responsiveness of the host was great. I guess we could’ve asked if there were blankets or pillows.

There is a lot of traffic noise with the windows open (although when closed the apartment is very quiet) and the bed is too soft - it needs a better mattress. It is not easy to park outside as it is busy and the road is narrow, so loading and unloading is a bit hassly

The location is great. Easy access to the beach, town, train station etc. Plenty of traffic chaos on the roundabout just outside, if you like that sort of thing (I do!)

Was all good!

Location was perfect, in a central part of town without any distractions. Host was always available and added value to my stay. Menton was a great town and very fitness centric! Parking pass was included in safe and secure garage very close by. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
