The fact that room cleaning was strictly set on specific days. Even when we asked for extra cleaning because a problem in the room that was not caused by us, no one came and so we did the cleaning ourselves.

We stayed for a week, and the room wasn't cleaned. I had to go out and purchase cleaning products. With five people staying in a room, the bathroom gets dirty quickly. We were told a day in advance that the cleaner was coming, and they arrived a day earlier than expected. They told us they would not be coming back until the following week. That wasn't very pleasant; we had to ask for more towels, which we received. However, knowing the number of people in the apartment would have been helpful for more effective planning around cleaning.

I loved the location and the facilities, the pool and the communal areas are great. The room was also good, but I would say maybe next time I will book two rooms rather than us all being in the same place.

It was very unclear which apartment block was which number. It wasn't written on the outside. There were no signs which said "entrance" Inside it was a maze with very few directions. We were looking for nearly 20 min how to get to our room. The location was a nightmare too. The traffic and roads in that area were very weak.

The room was nice. There was a kitchenette. And a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool.

the fact that a reception it’s closed mid day doesn’t make much sense, during the night could be acceptable, not every hotel work over night, but after 12 there has to be a chance of having staff working at the reception. no way of contacting the reception from the room, what if something happens and i don’t have my phone with me? at least a number 0 to press to be in touch with the staff…

The hotel is sequestered in an isolated area next to the highway, so it's probably not the best place to spend a longer vacation stay (unless you're driving everywhere). Driving up, it didn't look like there would be a hotel there. Our room was relatively barebones and air conditioning was a little lacking. We ended up having extra fans on overnight. It may have been because we booked just the day before, but the price was higher than I would have expected. On our trip we stayed at seven different hotels/apartments (some in the very center of major cities). This stay was price-wise on the higher end, while offering lower amenities (in a remote location).

Our one-night stay was comfortable and served as a great pitstop while driving towards Marseille. The rooms were spacious, there was ample parking available and the pool was great! Staff were very friendly and accommodated our early arrival happily.

The air conditioner was making a hissing noise that bothered my sleep, so I had to sleep with it off. Also note that some people live there full time, so it feels more like an apartment building than a hotel. It didn't bother me, but just want to give the heads up.

This is a basic apart-hotel, I stayed in a studio which had everything I needed. The property is a little run down, but it did it's job for me for one night. I don't think I would want to stay there for much longer. But it was a great option for an overnight traveling up and down the coast. The cleanliness was not perfect, but acceptable. The best part I would say is parking which is in a private garage and the property is gated.

For the price you pay to stay, it's not worth mentioning.

We traveled a lot and are a picky family when coming to hotel stays. This hotel was more than sufficient for our one night stay traveling the coast. Offers a gated, very safe parking as the entire hotel is behind walls. Cannot find more friendly, accommodating staff. The rooms are minimalist furnished, but suficient and clean. So yes, we recommend it.

I was there to work all day, so I did not enjoy the pool and I did not have breakfast (but it looked nice). What I liked was the nice security guard, who also did my check in at night, helped me with luggage, and he was almost always at the security entrance, when I came back from work late at night. the room had everything I needed. It was clean and quiet.

the initial reserved room was some problem about room heating controller. It was not correct functional unexpectedly. The staff was really helpful to fix this problem.

In general, this reserved apartment was good what I expected. The parking space is really spacious to park inside Garage 1,2 whatever you would like to do. The cooking appliance was available what I would like to use. The access location to take round trip with a car nearby Cannes, Nice, Eze, Monton. San Marino as well Monaco.

They didn't clean the place properly. We stayed 5 days. They only came to clean on the day before we left. They only tidy the beds. They didn't clean the bathroom or give toilet paper. I had to ask everytime reception and the reception only opens 9to 12 and 3 to6. So if you are out most of the day you won't see them.

There was no amenities in a close proximity. The was no facilities for evening entertainment such as bars or restaurant. The rooms need updating including the bathrooms

It was self catering which as a family is economical for us. The kids enjoyed the pool when they used it and they also enjoyed the gym. It was a 5 minute walk to the Azur Arena.
