The pool and the location.

The fact that room cleaning was strictly set on specific days. Even when we asked for extra cleaning because a problem in the room that was not caused by us, no one came and so we did the cleaning ourselves.

Great space for families especially kids

Not well maintained sofa arm was broken in our room. They charged extra 15euros for checking out 12 instead of 11pm

Staff is very kind

The sink was clogged and the bed just clopases as you lie down, very uncomfortable

Our balcony door wouldn’t lock. The receptionist told us to just put down the shutters. She couldn’t change our rooms so we left. There were punch holes in the doors and our bed was broken.

It was good value for money. The desk staff was friendly too.

I could hear the fan running a little in the bathroom. And it was inconvenient that there was no hair dryer.

I loved the location and the facilities, the pool and the communal areas are great. The room was also good, but I would say maybe next time I will book two rooms rather than us all being in the same place.

We stayed for a week, and the room wasn't cleaned. I had to go out and purchase cleaning products. With five people staying in a room, the bathroom gets dirty quickly. We were told a day in advance that the cleaner was coming, and they arrived a day earlier than expected. They told us they would not be coming back until the following week. That wasn't very pleasant; we had to ask for more towels, which we received. However, knowing the number of people in the apartment would have been helpful for more effective planning around cleaning.

I really loved the place—everyone was very friendly, especially the young receptionist who spoke multiple languages and was very helpful.

The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer. I was told they had some available, but apparently, other guests were using them. I asked two days in a row and was simply told, “Oh well, I can’t do more” by another receptionist. That was disappointing—especially when you're paying €150 per night. It felt a bit disorganized, particularly if you've spent the day at the beach and just want to shower and dry your hair before bed. I ended up having to sleep with wet hair, which was not ideal.

Room was large.

The air conditioning wasn't working, and the room was hot. Since we were on the ground floor, we could open the balcony door, but we couldn't sleep with the door open because, in Lyon, our car windows were broken, and we saw drug addicts everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was extremely poor.

The room was nice. There was a kitchenette. And a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool.

It was very unclear which apartment block was which number. It wasn't written on the outside. There were no signs which said "entrance" Inside it was a maze with very few directions. We were looking for nearly 20 min how to get to our room. The location was a nightmare too. The traffic and roads in that area were very weak.

the fact that a reception it’s closed mid day doesn’t make much sense, during the night could be acceptable, not every hotel work over night, but after 12 there has to be a chance of having staff working at the reception. no way of contacting the reception from the room, what if something happens and i don’t have my phone with me? at least a number 0 to press to be in touch with the staff…

Didn’t like the square bed pillows Bed mattress just a foam mattress of about 12cm. Location is good and quite, except when the people in the room next door are drinking and rowdy from the afternoon till 11 pm. Tired to have my room changed about 10 minutes after I got there because of this , but was told that it was full ( which was not true at all) and that the people can be “loud” until 10 pm. Hotel management didn’t really do anything about this and not willing to change location of the room.
