Ski in ski out is great rooms are simple but have everything you need. A dip in a pool surrounded by snow and mountains is a unique experience.

The electrics in our room were not reliable meaning the heating in one room couldn't be kept on. Maintenance came round to sort it out when we were out, but simply switched on the heaters and they later tripped the circuit leaving us without heating. Other rooms did not have this issue, we presume they will be able to fix it after we left. We had two apartments that were quite far from one another in separate buildings unfortunately. Suggest checking this beforehand if you need them close together. Providing some small soap in bathrooms, toilet roll etc plus changing towels at some point during the stay would have been welcome and made the place a bit more 4*

The outdoor pool itself is a great facility even in snowy weather. Apartments clean and bedrooms spacious.The communal bar seemed really nice with wooden games and free cake, but was taken over by some group activities on the times we tried to use it so we didn't actually have a drink.

There is one sofa whether you have a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment. It’s not particularly comfortable. The lounge area isn’t very warm on the evenings, but reception did increase the temperature when I asked. We had a shower room and an en-suite bathroom in a two bedroom apartment but there’s only one toilet for up to six people

The location of the apartment is excellent for skiing. It’s great to have the use of the pool, sauna and steam room after skiing

Comfortable apartment in a good location. Excellent big fridge and kitchen had a great selection of equipment, utensils & cutlery. Apartment right next to ski hire and supermarket. Ski lifts 10 minute walk. Excellent hotel parking located under the building.

It’s a minor thing and not a really so bad. The ski boot room is very hot in the mornings making it quite uncomfortable. However, much better than Tom cold and cold ski boots!

Cleaning was not extreme, as we found an empty water bottle and 2 used pillowcases under the sofa bed (and exausted coffee inside the coffee machine). Front desk had too tight opening timetables

The apartment was comfortable and relatively big (some space stolen by the fact that wc and sink were in separated rooms and unfortunately for italians, no bidet present), the kitchen was well equipped although only 5 cups (most probably one got broken and not replaced). The location was wery nice and convenient; the pool was overcrowded in the afternoons: while in summer is normal, some extra chair would have been useful. The 5.15 pm free snack was very appreciated. Private parking place available but not that many: in front of the hotel there is an (expensive) parking lot, otherwise few hundred meters away there is plenty of free (at least in summer) place. Price very convenient for the week. Regarding the 400€ deposit requested, it was reasonable, as this was not a sleeping room but an apartment.

At check-in we watched a male front desk staff berate an elderly couple in such a brutally rude manor, it was amazing. Have travelled the world, but never witnessed such unprofessionalism. We were just happy to get through check in unscathed.

The apartment was fine. Internet actually worked. The pool was cold as indicated by other reviews. There are better places to stay.

Would benefit from extra seating in ski locker room. Had missing crockery and it could have been cleaner (under beds for example).

Location was good, view from the room was lovely, and underground parking was handy.
