The lack of a tub in oceanside rooms was a disappointment. This would have made Prince de Galles a perfect honeymoon destination. Additionally, since the hotel lacks a beachfront and a swimming pool, management should consider forming a strategic partnership with a nearby beach club to transport interested guests to a nearby beach.

The friendliness of the receptionist (Daria) she was so helpful and professional. She Also helped us a lot with the parking as a big group. the room was a bit small but very clean and tidy. Bathroom was very convenient and nicely scented shower gel was like a cool breeze in the hot weather. AC was very good and also free minibar was a kind gesture

The warm drinks at breakfast should be made by a barista not from a machine. The restaurant is not at the same level of the hotel.

There wasn’t anything I could fault the hotel on, my biggest annoyance was the AU conversion on booking.com wasn’t correct and I was actually charged a lot more than originally thought.

I have stayed here before in a sea side suite but this time as I was travelling solo, I opted for a mountain view suite. Although it was a lot smaller, what I love about this hotel remained the same - beautiful French feel, lovely staff from the reception to the cleaners and the extra amenities available. What I also found to be extra special is some of the same team were still working here as my previous trip, so it felt very comfortable and safe. Not to mention the buffet and express breakfast choices are fantastic! Also love that it is close to the beach but also a little bit out of the busy town.

Thought there was quite a difference in price in regards to the options for breakfast. We felt if some of the breads were offered with the Express option this would be more appealing. .

Thought the hotel staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and offered good facilities. The complimentary mini bar and the honesty bar in the afternoon were lovely touches

A couple of VERY minor things - we would happily stay again!

This hotel was lovely, we splurged because it was our honeymoon and got a balcony and sea view room on the top floor! The view was incredible - worth every cent! Everything in the mini bar was free (snacks and drinks!) and restocked daily! The lemon cake and coffee/hot chocolate for afternoon tea is also so lovely and tasty. You can also take a hot choccie up to your room before they lock it up at 10pm too. So many nice touches to make you feel special and cared for!

First off its location was amazing and everything the pictures made it be , the room was excellent with an outstanding view , the team made me extra welcome , and though I arrived nearly 3 hours early before check in , this was no problem by the time i had parked the car in the secure parking just a quick walk from the hotel my room was ready to go , some nice touches the mini bar was stocked and all items where free , coffee and waters free all afternoon , it was just a real pleasant relaxing experience made even the better as nothing was too much trouble .

Central location to the train station, very modern and clean at all times! Staff were amazing, and very accommodating in every aspect- arrive early after long day of travel and found the next available room and bar staff allowed us to see ourselves out after closing time.

Super friendly staff and very clean hotel. Close to train station and menton town so a great starting point for me and my friends who went to a few places around (Monaco, Nice, Ezè). We were also lucky to get a lovely balcony in our room (view in photo below).

hotel was looking right onto the water. staff were very accommodating when we arrived early for check in, offering us a coffee or refreshments while we waited on our room and then allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. hotel was in a great spot with a 15 minute walk along the water front to the main area of town,it was a beautiful walk.
