Room was small, Topbed was quite close to ceiling. Vent in bathroom was dirty. Walls in the room were dirty. Entire place looked rather smug.

Arrived late at night. Concierge was onsite and friendly. Check-in went smoothly despite the late hour.

It must have taken forty minutes to get to the room. At first, the key card did not work, it was programmed twice, but it did not work. They changed my room. In the second room there was no light in the bathroom, the condition of the switches was life-threatening, bare wires were visible. In the third room, designed for three people, there was only one towel! The bathroom door wouldn't close. But I didn't care anymore, I wasn't sure that the next hotel room wouldn't have more surprises waiting for me.

This was a really bad stopover for us travelling Spain to Bavaria Two rooms booked. We complained hoping for a room away from the busy road, but told the hotel was fully booked. Firstly the door key card did not work, so everytime I needed to enter I had to get the reception to open with his master key. Once inside the room it was plain to see someone had smashed the card lock. I took a shower, and discovered dripping wet there were NO towels in my room. So needed to dry myself with my dirty washing, to then go back to reception for a towel. Then showered up again. Leaving my door open was a huge risk. Outside on the walkways were several groups of unsavourly characters smoking. It was plain to see perhaps 10 rooms were being used to house two men per room, many supplied with identical foot wear. These were NOT your usual contractors. Either they were asylum seeks or criminals serving community work being housed there. They were not French but mostly speaking something similar to Russian, some looked Kurdish. At 10pm the fire alarm went off, people evacuated to the outside. The alarm probably set off by the above men, smoking in their bedrooms. This group continued partying into the early hours, drinking and arguing well past 2am, on outside walkways. Not the type of people you confront. It was impossible to sleep. My wife resorted to sleeping in the car. Also interesting that they were being fed else where, no breakfast, and in the morning driven away in a large van without seating at 8am. Quite frankly we did not feel safe, these were unsavoury men. As for the room, cigarette burns all over the vinyl floor and sink. Curtain damaged, no card to open the door, and very very noisy next to a busy road. So that is the last time we will book with Premier Classe.

Where do I start. Generally felt grubby with cigarette burns all over the vinyl floor and sink. There was NO toilet seat. Various fixtures smashed like the air con and electrical sockets. The photos on the web are not true.

Design, architecture, meanness of the vision, the prison vibe

The rooms resemble prison cells and frankly the entire hotel could have been modelled on a prison block. The aircon didn’t work which meant it was stifling. The shower space is so small it was ridiculous. The furniture was decrepit. The room was clean and that just about is all that can be said. A more charmless place it would be difficult to find. I wasn’t expecting luxury but to wake up and think this is what it’s like to be in prison wasn’t the experience I’d banked on

52 euro for a disgusting room. Shame on you. See my photos. Incredible.... I don't have expectations for luxury but this hotel ,for this price is unbelievable.
