We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceI wouldn't say the room was dirty, but seeing a large spider web next to the air conditioner wasn't pleasant. Cleanliness could be improved a little.
We stayed one night in a triple room. It's a value-for-money hotel. Compared to other Première Classe hotels I've stayed at, the room was larger. Other than that, it meets the usual Première Classe standards. It was satisfactory overall.

GermanyThe Lady receptionist cannot speak English. It would be nice to hire someone who can speak basic English and not just say Cash or Credit. As a tourists and I cannot speak French, it would be nice and helpful if the one in the Reception can communicate to the customers very well. The bathroom needs an upgrade, the aircon needs to be fixed.

GermanyThe first room we had room 14 was not good as the aircon was very loud. In the next check-in we had, the toilet flushes on its own like every 3 mins and I asked the staff to change our room, which we got another room but the problem in this room is the aircon ist not cold. It is just blowing air. I suggest this hotel needs renovation and please fix your aircon, toilets and put someone in the reception that can speak ENGLISH.

BrazilI sent an email saying my party would arrive later than 9pm and they never replied to say anything. I thought it was all ok but when I got there they said it was no show and that they didn’t have the rooms available anymore. After lots of discussion at 3am we finally got the rooms. Bad !!!
