Very expensive foods and drinks in the restaurants and bars vs. the low quality. Very negative surprise as the location is having a luxury vibe. They charged (on top of the 680EUR night rate) 24EUR for a fresh set of towels. We asked to change 1 times during 7 days - this is ridiculous

Location is very good, our cabin/house was perfect in the 'jungle' but you have to be lucky to get these. Safe, clean, ideal for kids. Parking very convinient. OK beach but the see is a bit colder around 25-26C.

Aircon insufficient to keep cabin tempered. Too warm. Bedding too warm. Cheap quality cabins with interior acoustic optimization.

The lodge itself was quite tight to move about and the bed was too hard for our liking but it wouldn’t deter us from revisiting. We would choose a different lodge.

Location is absolutely excellent, the facilities and resort were fantastic. Restaurants and shops were very good. Couldn’t ask for more from a resort.

Too far to walk to your cottage if you have no car with you. Too dark at night. Too far from downtown Beach wasn’t very clean. No conditioner. We booked for tennis at 8 am but the center was closed so we didn’t get our rackets and ruined our morning plans.

We had a lot of ants in our living room and when we looked under the sofa there were still things from the past visitors lying there.

The public toilet facilities were HORRENDOUS, the worst i have ever seen, all toilet's across the park are consistently bad. They are for use whether you are on the beach or dining in one of their restaurants. Not only is the general aesthetic of the toilets in very bad condition but the cleanliness is HORRENDOUS. In many of the toilets their was no soap or tissue for drying your hands, this is a real concern for me with 2 small children who typically touch all parts of the facilities but then unable to wash their hands unless you returned to your own accommodation. In my 10 day stay i did not witness anyone cleaning the facilities. This is not an aesthetic problem this is a health and safety hazard, for this reason I would not visit this park again.

One of the bedrooms was extremely small to which extent we didn't have room for the suitcase. Small bathroom as well. Quite a lot of ants due to vegetation but we managed to get rid of them as soon as we took the trash bins out of the cabin :)

Great family holiday location with wonderful surroundings. Lovely green spots everywhere which made temperatures feel lower. Rooms are well equipped and felt we have everything needed.

Our hut was pleasant but it was a little bit tired. The kitchen drawer was jammed and hard to open, the bathroom window wouldn’t open, the shower handle was broken, the front door jammed and when I stripped the beds the duvets were a bit grubby. That is me being very picky though!

This is a great place to stay, wonderful facilities, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is fantastic. Port Grimaud is beautiful and would highly recommend a visit there. We stayed in a Faré côté jardin 2 chambres which was a good size for a family of 4. There was wifi, air con, a coffee machine, hairdryer, linen and towels provided. We had a sweet little decked area outside and it was lovely and private. We felt really safe and welcomed. We arrived late at night and the staff had delivered a lovely breakfast package the next morning which was SO lovely especially with two small kids. We requested a cot and bed barrier but neither were in the room when we arrived so we went and requested them again the next day. The pool is fantastic, clean, tidy and so much fun. The bar there is great and wasn’t too busy when we there. The pony club and mini farm was perfect for the kids and they loved the playground. It is right on the beach which is also beautiful and all the restaurants we used were great. We had a great stay! We just wish we could have stayed longer to try all the other facilities.
