Great location, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms; very friendly and helpful staff!

Emplacement

Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, wide room.

A bit of a shame not having the chance to open the window even just for ventilation. Some areas of the hotel looked a little outdated.

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds.

Hotel does not have its own Parking. Indigo parking next to the hotel is very expensive. Paid 60 Euros for around 16 hours

Very nice hotel in a central location. We got a room at 7th floor with a great panoramic view. Breakfast was extra €20pp and was good. Public parking garage right next to the hotel, €20 a day.

A modern hotel, colourful fittings. Great location, easy walk to the centre. Nice breakfast.

Parking is in a public car park next door-expensive at 22 Euros a night. Resturant closed while I was there-not a real problem as there are a lot to choose from very close by.

Not enough pillows

Staff were fantastic, every encounter was pleasant and professional. Special touches such as daily replenished cold drinks in the room were unexpected and quite special.

Everything was ‘just right’, no complaints at all.

Very slippery shower tray in bathroom

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, very accommodating of requests. The room was a good size, bed fairly comfy, aircon ok, and the bathroom was always spotlessly clean. Small fridge with water and some soft drink provided in room which was great.

Carpet was very stained and did not feel nice to walk on - sticky and rough. There were slippers provided so wore these at all times when in the room. There was also a concerning white stain on the stool/chair in the room. No conditioner provided in bathroom so had to purchase some, and the gym was in a very small windowless room in the basement with only 3 pieces of equipment, although they were versatile enough to make do. It also didn't seem many other guests made use of it while I was staying, so the small space wasn't too much of an issue in the end.

Room was a decent size for a French hotel with good size bathroom. Location was excellent for my purposes, as it is directly across from the main train station and near the research institute where I work when in Nancy. It is also an easy walk to the Place Stanislas and the excellent Art Museum, as well as to most other sites and to numerous restaurants. Breakfast was good, with a variety of hot and cold offerings.

I have no complaints. This is my "go-to" hotel when I come to work in Nancy.

The location is good and about 10 mins walk to the main attractions but there are restaurants close to the hotel. My room and the bathroom had decent size and were clean and spacious. The bathroom had modern facilities. The bed, pillows and blanket were very comfortable and clean. The wifi was very good and air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was super excellent with lots of varieties and choices, good quality and very tasty. Staff were very helpful, always available, very friendly. I’m very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is less than a five minute walk from the railway station and then a ten minute to fifteen minute walk to the magnificent Place Stanislas and the main sites and eating places. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and all appliances worked. There was no internal or external noise with the windows closed. The area around the hotel seemed safe. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and advised on restaurants. The breakfast was fine and included sausages and eggs.

It would have been better if there was a breakfast tea option. Earl Grey is not for everyone. On the first day some of the options were used before we arrived for breakfast and not replaced.
