everything was lovely, a few more amenities would have have great. perhaps a full mini bar with a few free items for the extra touch.

Nothing really. There are not many options for dining locally but plenty of options if you catch an Uber.

A little confusing to locate as down a narrow not clearly marked drive Unfortunately we were cold as heat pump not working . A small heater supplied 2 nd nite Shower was awkward

It was a long walk to the beach with lots of steps.

Lovely quirky hotel, very comfortable and perfect location for exploring the area. We had a beautiful view of the bay from our room and it was quiet despite being close to the road. We used the public car park which is only a two minute walk away.

We had a very small room. But good value for money. the hotel has 2 parking places on bases first come first served.

Great location, 15 min walk to the Mala beach and 2 min to a bus stop, 15 min to Monte Carlo by bus and 10 min drive The owner is usually at the hotel; she is a very nice lady and very helpful

There was no communal place to sit after 7pm I had to sit outside in the rain to make phone calls back home. Not really a hotel more Airbnb style - I do not like the fact that I was locked out of the main establishment from 7pm to 8 am .

was placed in lower ground room, not so my favourite The walls kower corner in that room need some work over I was missing night lamps at the bed, and a chair in that room

Fantastic attentive Hosts, enough towels, super clean loads of shelfs to put things on additional blanket there location easy to reach by bus from Nizza Airport - with scenic walk down location very near sea side with fantastic views when a walk taken very nice breakfast room and taracesse Monaco easy to reach from there

They could have use normal duvet cover instead of using sheet for duvet cover. I know it's normal but it's my idea.

The room is very small. The bathroom is as tiny as a closet.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It is locationed close to the beach. It is also located near a parking lot.

The bed was comfortable and my room had a nice view of the sea. Good transport links to Monaco. If you are leaving to Nice airport via the bus 80, there is a 20 minute walk to the bus stop which requires some stair and hill climbing.

As others have said the parking is very limited and on a steep hill. We parked across the road. Our room had a super view but was small and in need of renovation / new furniture. Old bathroom with shower over a bath and curtain not great but clean and serviceable.

Great location for visiting Monaco and Nice. Super view from the terrace and our room, bed was comfy too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace a highlight with super coffee and croissants. We would stay here again as affordable for the area.
