- Nice view, comfy apt in general. - Polite and very helpful guidance for check in and rest details asked.

- Some more attention is needed on cleaning the dishes, glasses and coffee cups. - Towels, although clean, were a bit smelly due to their frequent usage. - Pool although available for the guests, there is not even a chair or a sun bed to use (neither pool towels in the room), so practically not to be exploited.

I like the location, although the streets from Beausoleil to Monte Carlo can be very dangerous with motorcycle and cars going super fast passed when we were walking. I like how quiet the place is, birds singing day time and frogs at night just so relaxing, loved it. I like how secure the place feels and the fact that you walk around the area with no issues. Last but not least, I loved the view from the balcony, just superb.

The flat is a studio, no issues there with size at all, just one suggestion for improvement I would like to make; the bed linen and towels were not that fresh and that for me is a big issue. Please improve this element and you will have a 5 star place.

Everything was perfect, Andrea is really nice and available. The only thing is that from Monaco, you have a lot of stairs, so better to take the taxi...

The view

The accommodation had a great view, very clean, very posh and too good. The host was really kind and was very quick in responses. Only two minutes walk to the nearby private bus service stops. The place looks much better in person than in pictures. The bed is very comfortable (though it is termed as sofa bed).

There is nothing wrong with the accommodation. Monacco in general was really hard to travel if we are planning to take public transport cause there is only private bus services and the last bus was like around 7 p.m. So anyone relying on the public transport and who might end up roaming after 8 p.m. would recommend an accommodation location near the prime areas. If you are someone who can go with taxi services, or has a vehicle of theri own this accommodation is the best of all.

All clean, everything worked, very nice studio apartment. Everything is reachable by foot from the location (2km walk shouldn't be any issue). The view is also very nice, and the balcony more than spacious enough for two people.

Very small point to mention: We only had one tea cup. But it wasn't a real issue. Everything else was good.

The apartment is really something of just perfection (In my opinion) Very modern style just how I like it, everything was so very clean and all the basic necessities were provided (shower towels, olive oil, salt, vinegar and all the other essentials that come with it). What I cant help to mention is the immense availability from the owner of the property (5 Stars) and the absolutely gorgeous view, I wish I could post videos here so I could show you guys better, really some jaw dropping stuff!!

Since I already went in October the concierge of the condominium had already started the preparation of the pool for the winter as it wasn’t expecting weather hot enough that would make anyone use it, and so he had started to use less PH, so even though the pool was good to use it didn’t have the blue/clear look you're looking for (the photo I added had color mix for Instagram 😅) but nothing that I believe cant be discussed before hand so that when u get there the pool is 5 stars when you arrive.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and fresh scent of the place. One of the highlights of the studio was the stunning view from the balcony. It was clear that Andrea had taken great care to ensure that everything was in order for my stay. He is very organized and reliable, quick to respond to any messages I sent, and was very helpful when it came to any requests I had during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. Thank you Andrea for such a wonderful experience!

it was very clean and the view was amazing as well. Also the property comes with a lot of dishes and other stuff, so you can cook at any time. The owner was very nice and welcoming

the location for night after 7:20 PM no more public bus to entry home only 25 CHF a taxi from home or stairs in the dark 🙃

it was very modern and beautifully decorated! Very clean, has excellent facilities, very spacious and an extremely beautiful view from the balcony! Extremely helpful and lovely staff!

the only thing I could fault was the location, it was a little out of the way of the town/ beach which is a personal preference.
