Also, Zakaria from Morocco was excellent and very professional. I booked a room with a balcony on the second floor – honestly, it was very special and added a unique touch to my stay. The hotel truly deserves its reputation. Its location is amazing, right on a shopping street with everything nearby. I highly recommend it to everyone

The location was absolutely perfect—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We were surrounded by beautiful shopping streets, the beach, and a wide array of restaurants and cafes. The staff at the hotel were a standout feature of our stay. They were consistently welcoming, friendly, and professional, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our family room was fantastic, consisting of two rooms and a spacious bathroom complete with a bright window and a shower. The cleanliness of the entire room was truly impressive. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe, I have seen all kinds of hotel room conditions—even in five-star establishments. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable cleanliness. I felt completely comfortable and safe staying here with my children. Overall, my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

SwitzerlandDespite staying in a top-floor suite, there was a lot of noise at night coming from the bars on the street below, which made it difficult to sleep. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, but so small that it was barely usable—you could hardly sit without your knees touching the door. The bathroom felt a bit dated, and the jacuzzi nozzles had a concerning black residue, though overall, the space appeared clean. However, the carpets throughout the property didn’t give off a particularly fresh or hygienic impression.
The location in the heart of Cannes was excellent, and the suite offered enough space to comfortably add a third bed, which was great as we were travelling with a child. That said, we paid a premium for the suite, and considering the price, the overall experience didn’t fully meet expectations.

Fantastic location! Loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep plus the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The room was spotless and spacious with a great view looking down the street to the sea. We also had two small balconies.

FranceSmart TV doesnt have internet connection hence we couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube from the comfort of the bed. There is a computer in the room which my kid wanted to watch YouTube but we couldn't turn on the volume as it was blocked by the administrator which prompted us for the password. Even the staffs we approached for help do not know the password to unlock the computer's volume setting.
The view of Cannes city, beach and surrounding mountains from the Prestige Suite with Sea View room was amazing. Conveniently located near the train station and in the heart of the shopping district with many restaurants and super market. Walking distance to the beach and places of interest.
