We came from Greece, through Nice airport, for holiday. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The suite was stylish and comes with a comfortable bed. Very cozy breakfast area. Ot is approximately 20 minutes walking from Cannes beach.

The road that the hotel is situated on is a main through road and is very noisy at night time. Cars and motorbikes can be heard at all times and is clear as day in the room if you have one of the street facing rooms.

The location is good if you want to explore Le Cannet

It’s a bit of a walk into Cannes but we were okay with the walk, for some it may be a little far - but the space is big for your room - and location is peaceful.

Great sized room and very good air conditioning and fans, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff.

Great hotel. Room was clean and a good size,beds comfortable. We had a great view on the 6th floor. It was quiet at night. An easy walk or quick bus ride into the centre of Cannes. Staff were super sweet. Capucine was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at the Mob Hotel again.

Everything was exceptional. The room, the food, the location, the overall very high standard and the outstanding staff. The service was incredible. Our family absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay here again :) Highly recommend!

The pictures on booking were different to the room that we were given. The room has a kitchenette but there is neither an oven nor kitchenware. The only thing you have is a coffee machine and a couple of cups. No hair conditioner in the bathroom.

The hotel was renovated recently but there are some things that need to be improved. Like decoration of the rooms. The breakfast was really tasty. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

Me and my family went to have breakfast one hour before closing time and when asking for some fruit we were told that it was over. I don’t know how that was possible. I saw a bunch of young adults with piles of fruit on their plates- if they think it’s not enough for everybody maybe don’t let it be in the hands/plates of a few. Also they didn’t even try to offer an alternative. It was just a plain and rude “no”. Inadmissible.

The hotel is a 25-minute walk from the city center and the beaches, but that’s only relevant if your main goal is a beach vacation. The hotel seems a bit outdated — dirty walls in the hallways and an unpleasant smell create an overall impression of untidiness. In the room, the shower had no large showerhead, only a small handheld one, and there was no door or curtain to enclose the shower area, so water spilled onto the floor.

Nothing everything was perfect

The hotel is very modern / boho style everying is white , wood and wicker. The staff are really lovely and very friendly. Capuchin at breakfast was really so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really good, fruits , pastries, homemade cake, bread , croissants, meats and boil your own egg cooker. The pool area was lovely and there were always beds available. The location is great in a quiet area about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the number 1 bus into town ( the 660) doesn’t stop there!) but does stop at the next stop down the street. All in all an excellent stay and I would definitely stay here again. There is a safe in the room so no issues with security if you use this! We had a two bedroom suite and it had a huge wrap around balcony it was really beautiful! Missing it all already !

Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few issues. Street-facing rooms were extremely noisy at night, making sleep difficult. A couple of staff were overly focused on checking breakfast entitlement, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The €20 breakfast fee for non-prepaid guests seemed steep, and the policing of it felt unnecessary. There was also no water provided in the room — a small detail, but one that stood out given the hotel’s otherwise polished presentation.

MOB Hotel in Cannes has a stylish, industrial-chic vibe that feels like a blend of Shoreditch, Berlin, and Manchester’s Northern Quarter. The interiors are beautifully designed with high-end finishes, a great soundtrack, and a lovely pool area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the linens and decor were spot-on, and breakfast was generous and fresh. The atmosphere was vibrant and inclusive, with a great mix of guests. Some of the younger female staff were warm, kind, and genuinely lovely — especially at breakfast.

The interior decor is predominately unpainted plywood board with very basic furniture in the room i had . There was no tv in the room

The location is close enough to stroll into the town centre . The bedding was nice and the bed comfortable . A decent sized small fridge and tea plus coffee maker Good air conditioning and wifi. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of hot water for the shower.

I didn't dislike anything, I would have maybe preferred a coffee and water refills daily, and maybe the body lotion in the room, since they are beautiful products and I forgot to bring mine :)

Breakfast was perfect, simple and delicious. Location also was perfect for us, as we did have a car and went on business so all locations were easily accessible. It was situated in a nice residential area. It is not far to walk to the Croisette either. We loved the refined design and atmosphere, chic but effortless. Also, loved the little shop!
