We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandVery few decent restaurants in Cap D'Ail, nothing much at all to speak of in the town in general. You definitely need a car. The train station is at least a 20 minute walk uphill to the town when you arrive.

AustraliaThe parking was not reserved/guaranteed. although we always found a spot it was not reserved and it was the last one sometime. we had a code to open the apartment door but not the main gate. the building gate happened to be open, It was the 1st time the new code was used, I am sure they would have changed the process now for gate access.

United StatesParking is very "tight", both in the sense of small parking spaces (though some are nicely larger if you are lucky enough to get one), and in the sense that we often got the last spot available. We worried that we might not have one, but always did. And it was a big holiday weekend, so maybe other times would be less crowded.
Property is in top condition, well equipped with quality fixtures and furnishings. It was better even than the photos and prior reviews led us to expect.

GermanyThere are only positive things to say about my stay in this apartment. The house has several free parking spaces and the immediate neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. In Cap d'Ail there is everything you need for everyday needs. The very clean and fully equipped apartment is modernly furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to questions and problems. I can only recommend a stay here. Thank you very much!

Automatic blinds on the windows giving a full darkroom during sleep. Clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect and nice contact with the owner. Quiet town- shop, bakery next door. United KingdomSee above, but mainly the misleading ad and photographs. One side of the bed had a 12 inch gap to the adjacent full height mirrored wardrobe which made getting in an out difficult; there were no instructions relating to kitchen equipment; no broom to sweep already dusty floors, and the view was fine if observed well back on the balcony - otherwise overlooking roof tops and their air conditioning units. Traffic noise and parking only by good luck, otherwise a trip down to the municipal car park and a walk uphill back! List of 'don'ts' awaited arrival.
Very little: thankfully we only spent a few hours each day in the appartment which lacked comfort, had few amenities, (even cleaning materials, loo rolls, and rubbish bags.) Come prepared to shop for most things immediately!
