Laurent’s property was so close to the main train station making it very easily accessible. My husband and I required this accomodation last minute after poor treatment from our previously booked accomodation. I am so glad we ended up staying at this apartment as it was so clean, tidy and had all necessary amenities required to feel comfortable during our stay. The host has impeccable communication and was super responsive and provided very clear check in details. I will absolutely recommend friends and family to stay here.

Very conveniently located just steps from the Monaco train station and in a protected area, it is well arranged and very quiet considering it’s in the middle of the city. You just need to take the escalators, and you are in the center of Monaco. The bed is perfect, the kitchen is well-suited, and everything is clean and feels like new. I will definitely go again for sure.

I have nothing negative to say.

This property was an excellent stay. By being just over the border to France, it was possible to get Ubers to drop us into Monaco locations, and due to its proximity to the train station, it was possible to get taxis or public transport back easily. The remote check-in via a guide and lockbox was seamless, and communication throughout our stay was fast and very helpful. The bathroom was lovely, the washing facilities worked well, the living space was comfortable and the aircon worked well despite external temps of ~34degC. There is a lovely bakers and minimart within a 10 minute walk. Overall I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Monaco.

The apartment is spacious and conveniently located near the Monaco-Monte Carlo train station. The patio is charming and the host Laurent is very friendly and quickly answers all questions.

This apartment was incredible! I travel a lot so I’ve stayed in a lot of different accommodation and this is by far one of the best. The facilities were really good, it’s in a great location and the host is so friendly. The instructions on how to access the property were extremely detailed and made everything so easy. I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice modern spacious and clean apartment in a quiet area nearby Monaco station. You can find here many facilities you need to feel at home as it is a super comfortable apartment. In a walking distance you can use many transportation services to visit Monaco and surroundings. We had a great experience also with the host as to her kind and easy communication, always promptly reacting to any information needed.

Great location with easy access to train station and local buses. Host is great - very quick to respond to messages and resolve any problems. The instructions on how to find and access the apartment are very clear. Comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water. Outside space is a real bonus.

Wonderful apartment, super spacious and extremely close to the train station. Easy to navigate the city while using the station as a starting point. The bathroom is beautiful, and we thought the tub/shower setup was very clever. Laurent was very helpful, responsive, and kind.

Communication and efforts of the host are outstanding. We always got a response within the next few hours. One outlet didn't work. It was fixed in less than half a day. The apartment is very good and clean. Everything and maybe even more as you'd expect in this location and price range The location itself is perfect once you understand the routes to the various places.

For me the Wifi log in didnt work, but on a friends phone it did. I tried it with my phone and two phones of friends. So for only one of them it worked, why it didnt work for the other two, i dont know. Minor remark: On the shower head of the bath tub, it looked like the water jet could be modified, as the head turned, but the water jet remained the same. Maybe it's not functioning as it could.

Very lovely appartment, well located with a bit of french charm and well. The explanations send by the host to get the keys etc. were impeccable. Big bathroom with nice quick warm water out of the shower. Overall very nice stay.

Very comfortable, peaceful , exceptionally clean and spacious. Lovely outdoor space. Very modern large bathroom. The air conditioning was a god send , making it a comfortable sleep despite the hot, hot weather. Great communication from the host who was very receptive and quick to respond.

The property was okay for the price. I would have expected more unfortunately it wasn’t what the photos show. First it was very cold we tried to use the air conditioner but it would not warm up at all. The utensils pot was dirty underneath not cleaned at all. The ironing table had no cover and the iron was leaking water all the time while I was trying to iron. Not enough covers for 3 people to sleep in the property it was very cold . Overall it was okay nothing special

I liked the fact that was close to the train station and not far away from the city centre
