Full communication from Patricia throughout. A delightful welcome when we arrived with lots of information about where to eat and what the area was all about. Taken to our room where there was lots of further leaflets and a fabulous view of the beach as requested. Breakfast again was excellent, simple but added to by the presence and cheerfulness of Patricia. The location was excellent and would happily stay there again.

There was nothing negative; personally walking up 2 flights of stairs but as I had requested a beach view I cannot complain the we were on the top floor.

The property was in a perfect location right on the sea front.

Fab location and Stephanie was an absolute pleasure - she upgraded us to the best room as it was available, and this had amazing views of the beach and the sea. She gave us some great recommendations for dinner at the restaurant opposite which is right on the beach, and the food and service there were spot on. Stephanie’s breakfast was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Merci!!

Everything! Stephanie is a super hostess and truly cares about people. She is a fantastic human being, friendly and provides lots of information to ensure you have a great time at her place and around the area. The location is awesome, just across the street from the sea, plenty of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, it is a safe city to spend time around alone or accompanied. Second visit and I hope to go again soon!

Excellent breakfast choice with fabulous coffee. Extremely comfortable bed and had great nights sleep with background sea noise. Fantastic views. Stephanie perfect hostess. Definitely returning in summer. Good Choice of local restaurants.

Electric car charger app difficult to operate

Stephanie is absolutely lovely and can't do enough for you. The rooms have seafront views over the glorious beach, which can be accessed by crossing the road. There is also an excellent seafood restaurant opposite. A good breakfast is provided.

The stairs are a little steep, so book the downstairs room if you have mobility issues.

The host Stephanie was so helpful! Great location for the beach and the small town of Merlimont. Lovely room and breakfast was great.

Stephanie is very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We arrived early and were allowed to use the room, as we had already said we would be early, Stephanie made sure she got the room ready. Stephanie had left chocolates and water in the room- nice touch. We loved the location, directly overlooking the beach and free parking. The room was lovely, overlooking the beach and we slept to the sound of the waves - bliss

Stephanie is a wonderful host! You can easily just arrive there without any plan, Stephanie always gave nice suggestions and tips on where to go and what to see. The rooms were very comfortable, you can see the sea while laying on the bed, that's wonderful!

Take into account t that the building itself is on the older side and the sound isolation is not super, so you will hear all your neighbors when they are having breakfast downstairs. Not an issue if you wake up early though.

Stephanie - le petit dejeuner - le lit - la douche - the love for kids and dogs… The owner is so nice!!! She is your mama - your guide - your friend … everything! This person is really doing everything to give you the wow feeling!!! Her hugh at the end made us even forget all our stuff in the fridge 😅❤️🍀🫶🏻

The location was wonderful,over the road to a 7 kilometre beach! The room was very pretty and very well considered.Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.But special mention must be made of the host,Stephanie ,who was charming and very helpful.

Lovely place and amazing view

The location was great, with views of the gorgeous beach. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. Stephanie made us feel very welcome and we were grateful to her for her excellent english and for keeping us well informed prior to and during our visit.

Loved the room, lots of space, comfortable and nicely designed. The view and proximity to the sea were lovely and to be able to use the majority of the amazing huge sandy beach with the dogs was wonderful. The owner was also really friendly and very helpful Quiet and tranquil area.

A small table and chairs and a few items of cutlery and crockery would allow opportunity to make a picnic for lunch, for example, if staying with children but otherwise I'm really happy to have found such a nice place.

Amazing location right in front of the beach. Huge room, with fridge and WiFi. Cooking facilities available in communal kitchen with balcony to eat on looking out at sea. Lovely continental breakfast every day. Stephanie was really friendly and full of great tips on things to do. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fabulous sandy beach and sand dunes to explore. Lots of places to eat near by.
