No parking. It is in the pedestrian area, which is very nice, but we arrived at a very crowded area and we waited for more than half an hour to find a parking. One of the bed had sand in the bed linen and in the toilet with the loo was separated and far from the bathroom

No refrigerator in the room, very dark rooms. Beautiful plants in front of the hotel many dead ones inside, could easily be fixed

No view. The description on the website suggested there was a garden, but it was really a walk to the apartment by the side of a hedge. There was a small garden table outside with a chair which might be good for smokers.

Clean, air conditioning worked well. Beds were comfortable. Towels were provided and soap/shampoo.

We did not meet the hosts at all. Luckily the restaurant in front of the hotel helped us and got us our keys.

Tiny shower, which was a bit broken.

Cheap & cheerful-lovely exterior, with plants & flowers.The hotel is on the main pedestrianised street, so we had to park a few streets away.

Very small bedroom and bathroom. We couldn’t open it close the shower cubicle door if the bathroom door was closed. Also the bathroom had a sliding door which kept coming off the rails (quite dangerous).

The rooms were too small, and sometimes not practical. For example, room 16, which is for 3-4 persons, is just a long and narrow corridor with the following rooms (in this order): toilet, bedroom, bedroom, bathroom. Which is quite uncomfortable, especially for family with kids.

The location is great! Just at the center of town, close to all the restaurants. Cosy rooms. Fair price.

The hotel was characterized by a lack of effort. The corners of the room were not cleaned, the sink plug didnt work, the bedside lights were nott fixed properly, there were lenghts of wood in the wardrobe, no chrtains just net. The decor was chipped and in need of a repaint. Breakfast was souless, plenty to eat but packaged. The terrace was not clean with dirty cyshions on the chairs and so on. Just lacked diligence in every aspect, but as I said above, adequate.

The rooms were fairly good, certainly adequate. The water was hot and the bed was comfortable

No wifi in the room

I was a bit sceptical after reading all the bad reviews, but this hotel was really lovely, quiet and clean. The location is brilliant, the staff was very lovely, the room was reasonably big and cute. It is not a luxurious property, but it is a very cute hotel and it was pleasant to come back there during the day between walks and swims. It's located literally 2 min away from the beach! I requested extra towels and they gave them to me with no questions. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but it was nice to sit at the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning. I will come back next year for sure!

Showed up with CONFIRMED, PAID booking to find an out of business hotel straight out of a horror movie. Worst experience ever. Never again will we use Booking.com. Still NO response 4 days after.

NOTHING TO LIKE! Arrived 5pm with paid, confirmed booking only to find hotel empty and closed. Looked like something out of a horror movie. No notice, no response. Even Booking.com has been NO help! Left us stranded sleeping in our car. A total DISASTER! Never again!

The accommodation is very run down. Maybe Covid has affected this... but, the units, which are not in the control of staff & cleaning, are damp, mouldy, tattered and run down. They need a complete decoration overhaul. The smell of damp when entering is bad. I understand they are near the sea, but there are ways to resolve this if you wish to invest - which they should, because it could be perfect! Considering we paid only 60 euro more for 4 nights in an exceptional hotel in the same region, it was disappointing to pay the for 3 nights in comparison.

The staff. They were all lovely. As helpful as they could be considering what they are working with. They did their best to resolve the issue we had. The staff, especially the gentleman, on reception, who checked us in and was mostly whom we dealt with, as well as the room addentant/cleaning lady - they were great! Really helpful, friendly & accommodating, there was also a lady on reception one of the days we were there and she was lovely also! Cannot fault the staff in any way! They were all brilliant. The room was cleaned well despite the property's condition. The location is great.

Cozy little hotel in the middle of the town and near the historical cathedral. Nice breakfast (9.50 €). Friendly staff. Various restaurants at walking distance.

Everything is nice for lovely stay.

I love the hotel. It is a traditional provence house with beautiful small terrace as a garden where you can have your breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for several years since 2007. The atmosphere is wonderful.

Rooms are not like on the photos. Our room was in the basement. One of our room had bad smell and ceiling lamp almost falling. Garden view means looking at the wall and towels. It was also not nicely cleaned ex. hair in the fridge.
