The check in was scheduled at 3h30 pm but because of late cleaning I finally got the keys at 6pm after I, myself figured the way to talk to the cleaning lady at the property.

There wasnt really anything we didn't like. It would have been good to have an inventory so guests know what is provided. The road got quite busy but that didn't bother us.

We have been comming on holiday to Menton for a number of years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The balcony overlooking the beach and sea was fantastic. The apartment was well equipped and had every thing we needed for our stay. The air con was very efficient and the blinds great to block out any light. Across the road was the swimming pool and small gym as well as a sauna.

Quality of the apartment. We'll decorated, modern and has everything you need. The instructions on how to get to the place and the parking, etc were very easy to follow. Great view from the balcony. Also, when we had a question about the washing machine, Remy was quite helpful and came to see us with a nice bottle of wine. 👍🥂🤩

It is in a beautiful location overlooking the promenade and the sea. The balcony is great for people watching. The living room is bright and airy. We stayed for three weeks in January and February the weather was lovely. Menton is well situated for walking. Don’t miss the Friday market in Ventimiglia.

It was fairly noisy at times on the balcony due to the traffic noise from the road below, especially the motorcycles. The pool wasn't very easy to access from the apartment, as it was in a different building across a little street.

We really appreciated the expresso coffee pods and the gift of a bottle of wine. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. I could even see the moon shining on the water while in bed one night! It was just a quick walk to the old town and other lovely beaches.

Check in was a little confusing. However, Remy was very responsive in helping us figure it out.

We had the most wonderful time during our stay in Menton at this property. It is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location--close to the water and beaches, lots of restaurants, groceries, the train, and much more. The lovely deck overlooks the beaches, and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the people and enjoying the view. It was great to have a parking space in the garage. Remy is an exceptional host. He was very attentive, and he even brought us a bottle of wine to welcome us. I highly recommend this property. It has everything.
