The owner and his little dog Bonnie were delightful, kind and helpful. The hotel is on a quite pedestrian street, clean, well attended. Highly recommended.

    No elevator is the negative.

Great location, only two blocks from the TGV Centre station. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Air conditioning worked! Patrice the host was welcoming and helpful. ( Enjoyed his little dog too!) We also stayed for breakfast and Patrice warmed the croissant, made coffee and served yogurt, cheese and orange juice.

Framed artwork on the walls should be replaced with something more attractive IMO. And be prepared to carry your bags up/down the small spiral staircase; no lift. Had difficulty connecting to the WiFi system.

This is a unique family run business that has all the charm of a ‘Provence boutique style’ hotel. With beautiful eclectic Art work displayed throughout the property as well as little interior ‘wall wells’ and a quaint little courtyard. It had a petite lounge area which was beautifully decorated and was a calm and cool sanctuary away from the hot summer sun. Patrice the owner went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my stay in Avignon! It’s an absolute gem! I will miss my daily cuddles from Bonnie the dog!!!🐶 ❤️

being able to walk within the walled city directly from the hotel.

    1) The hotel would not turn on its A/C because it was "too early in the season." I could open my window but it only helped so much and it meant having to suffer street lights. 2) Breakfast was packaged.

Loved this hotel, the room, though small, had everything you need, including full length mirror, good lighting, tissues in the bathroom. The location was great, right in town. It was perfect!

    Nothing really

Charming, small hotel on a quiet side street. Great location. Excellent host. Highly recommended. Quiet, comfortable room. Very cute dog.

We had a great room (14) on the top floor. For us it was no problem - but there is no elevator. Just to be forewarned.
