The cleaners were noisy when you are trying to sleep. They talk loudly & bang around. They cleaned my room before I had left & told me I couldn’t use the bathroom or make a mess. I had the room until 11am.

It was clean & a great location. I went to a wedding which was just over the road. The beach is opposite & plenty of places to eat. The staff were helpful & friendly.

Self service tea/coffee in our room or even downstairs throughout the day.

Courtyard under the trees with a view of the water was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. There are a lot of stairs but our suitcases were carried up for us. We would stay again . Our room had a nice mountain view. Next time we would get a sea view.

Our only little thing which would have improved our stay was there were no tea making facilities in our room. We do like a cup of tea when we wake up.

The staff were very helpful and lovely. We were made to feel very welcome. Great seaviews and position.

No proper curtains in room for window. It meant I was woken at an undesirably early time in the morning with the sun streaming in. No free coffee or water provided. Sockets in awkward locations in room for device charging purposes.

Location was good for town. Staff were friendly enough. Demonstrated good flexibility concerning check out and breakfast times.

We were on the top floor without lifts and steep stairs. The room was rather small with low ceilings and balken. For a tall person rather uncomfortable. Avoid rooms on the 3rd floor!

The hotel is very well situated by the beach. Beautiful views.

Great location of just minutes walk from Mandelieu-La train station. Owner is extremely helpful with very fluent English. Reception staff is English speaking, too. Helps a lot.

I would have liked a little more of a selection for breakfast.

Location was perfect, I could sit on my balcony and look out over the Beach and marina, it was very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of lovely coffee shops restaurants very close. Train was only a couple of minutes from the hotel. Very easy to get from Nice airport, there is a bus at terminal two takes you to Cannes train station cost twenty euros. Then you can get a train to La Lapoule it takes ten minutes. It leaves you a couple minutes from the hotel.

Access to the room was via stairs since there is no elevator, recommended to take 1st floor room. There was no breakfast, they had to pay for it, and there was no variety

The location is perfect for beach access and public transportation, and the castle next door is worth a visit.

Excellent but tiny room. Nice balcony. Relatively expensive, but you’re paying for the location.

Parking was a little limited.

Perfect location if you want to go to the beach! Room was modern, clean with lovely contemporary interior design. Like that it included a balcony and bath. The beach is just across the street as well as some nice restos and bars.
