small chic boutique hotel, very good breakfast, good value, secure parking gated, good quality fixtures and fittings. We stayed 3 nights perfect!

We had a lovely time. The hotel is located in beautiful landscape of Biot! It is a small boutique hotel with a family like atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable/spacious rooms. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests! Can highly recommend it!

I wish the hotel had a restaurant to order food or drinks in the evening. They only serve breakfast and lunch.

The pool area is really clean and the pool is of a good size. The hotel is spotlessly clean.

The location is very quiet so if that is what you are looking for then this will suit you. We preferred a little more bustle so this is the reason we would not return.

Beautiful pool area, clean rooms and delicious breakfast! Close to the bus station to Antibes. Just a couple minutes walk to the city of Biot.

Excellent hotel with really friendly staff. Very nice breakfast and the pool is at a lovely spot. Great hotel to relax at and then the village Biot is only 10 mins away (although uphill).

Very well maintained hotel in a beautiful garden, with a very nice pool with pleasantly warm water, comfortable sun loungers. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee was very tasty and the breakfast was varied. The room was new, fresh, (not worn out!), comfortable bed, nice terrace. Everything was very clean. Very kind staff.

There was a problem with the air conditioning, and the next day we were given a change room, they really did everything to fix the problem and we are grateful for that. However, this change room we were given, had a much larger bathroom and the room was also more spacious, nicer view. However, it was also superior as our original room, previous room had a tiny bathroom, in which we could barely fit. I don't like that there are so many different rooms, so it's a matter of luck which one you get, for the same price (At least according to the hotel's website, there are only double rooms and superior rooms, and family room). The children lived in a normal double room, in which their suitcases could barely fit, it was totally uncomfortable for them. In this way, unfortunately, I consider the accommodation very expensive, we paid the exact same price in a 5 star hotel in Nice. Another disadvantage is that there is no dinner, just a few snack-like dishes, salad that you could choose till 8pm, the taste was not entirely good, unfortunately. E.g there could be two choices of hot dinner menu, which you can choose from in the morning and place your order. That would be great and not too complicated for the hotel’s kitchen either.

We liked just everything. Location, hotel, rooms, pool, breakfast. Great thanks to a very helpful staff! I’m already dreaming about coming back! And that blooming jasmine on patio!

Value for money. Calm atmosphere, beautiful property, perfect pool, enough sun beds, very nice room and helpful staff. If you have a car its a short drive to Antibes. Its also a short walk to beautiful Biot. The breakfast was also very good with many choices. We also liked the coffee machine. We will certainly come back since everything about this hotel experience was perfect for us. Best Regards Steinar and Gro-Hege

Location was great. Far enough from the buzz but close enough for all the meaningful visits and worth-seing villages . I was in the French Riviera for 11 days and this was the best breakfast that I had, with properly cooked scrambled eggs. Merci for that!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully served. The entire property is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. With only a few rooms, it truly feels like a boutique hotel. The gated grounds and convenient parking add to the sense of comfort and privacy. There’s a large, very clean pool and a spacious green area where kids can run around safely — perfect for families. We travel often and have stayed both in top-tier luxury hotels and, like this time, in simpler places for a quick overnight stop — and we can confidently say this hotel stands out. It could easily be priced much higher. The level of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, helping us even with things that most premium hotels would decline. We give this place our highest recommendation — a hidden gem worth discovering.

The rooms lovely quiet location

No staff after 8pm to be able to have a bar service also when arriving late you have to self check in, everywhere around closed at 10pm so no food available I think should advise of this we didn’t know there was a gym or sauna until after we left. Breakfast items not replenished if you were later for breakfast . Our friends room had a stained mattress !

Quiet relaxing location. Perfect to chill down into holiday mode. Staff were at always at hand if needed and very helpful with all requests. The breakfast is exceptional . The weather was exceptionally hot for June so the air conditioning in the well appointed room and the swimming pool was much appreciated.
