We stayed here for one night and overall had a great experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right in front of the castle with plenty of restaurants nearby. Although the hotel doesn’t offer its own parking, we were able to park at the castle’s parking facility, which was very convenient. The only downside was that when we asked the manager (or staff member) a few questions about the town, he gave us incorrect information. It was a bit surprising, as you’d expect hotel staff to be familiar with the local area. Still, aside from that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Broken AC

AC was broken so had to sleep with windows open. We had just completed a long flight/train trip from the USA and were in need of a good night's rest. Unfortunately, the street noise was bothersome. s Other than the broken AC, the hotel was very nice. Making up for the lack of AC, the hotel gifted a free breakfast which was a nice gesture. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The Internet after about 10 o’clock wasn’t really good

A little bit dated.

Property located centrally on a lively square. Traveling solo, room small but comfortable and clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. I opted out of the breakfast one day and was able to find a light breakfast in the area. My train left early The next morning and I it the breakfast offense a the hotel. It was quite delicious although over process as Iam a small eater .the hotel is with in walking distant to the central train station, slightly uphill, if ypu travels with many bags get a taxi.

Would have liked the room to be aired out a bit - it had a smell of maybe paint or construction materials.

The staff was incredibly kind. They had someone at the reception nearly 24/7 - we ended up getting in much later than expected and there was someone to help us check in. All the staff we met were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations, and also practiced our French with us but spoke very great English. Hotel was very clean, felt recently renovated. Espresso machines in the room which was amazing. For the price we paid, excellent value.

Linoleum or whatever it is on the floor in our room was very unpleasant. Other than that everything was OK. Room was was on the small size, but I understand that this is very old hotel in the center of historical city.

The location was excellent, right on the main town square, only 1 minute from Pope's palace, walkable distance to everything, lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

We like this hotel. The rooms are bright, clean and spacious. There is coffee and tea in the room. The people at the desk are always helpful and friendly. The price for the room is good, and that would be the only factor that would get us to choose another hotel for future stays; we always look for a clean hotel with economical rates.
