JerseyWe've stayed many times in Ibis Hotels. This one gave us the worst breakfast experience! We arrived for breakfast at 09.00. There was barely any food out? No bread - Crossiants - only a few pieces of ham, cheese, etc. When it was finally replenished, it was undercooked One coffee machine was out of service. Very disappointing!!!!!
Good outside seating area. Restaurant/Bar available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size car park.

FranceI was very disappointed that the restaurant was closed ( though the hotel had informed me of this ), also the secure parking was not locked as has always happened on previous visits ( and is an attraction ), and the room was not as clean as previously. The floor had not been vacuumed, or at least not to have been.
We have stayed many times and like the location. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are small but adequate. The receptionist was very pleasant.

Hotel great and good value. My only complaint was the bar and restaurant was not open the evening we arrived. If the hotel did not offer these facilities I would not have booked. We have stayed when bar and restaurant were open and all great! I do not thionk its acceptable for you to close due to your low booked numbers. After a long journey all we required was shut!

Good location for overnight break in travel from Calais to south, easy to find just off main Chartres ring-road. Staff very welcoming, convenient having bar and restaurant on-site. Facilities and room about what you'd expect, certainly more than adequate for an overnight stay. Secure on-site parking a real positive.
