It is in the middle of a huge construction side, Google maps will lead you to the backside where you cannot enter the parking and have to drive all the way back. Better to use wayz. There is no AC which is fine but the windows cannot really be opened and also there is no insect net so if you open it a tiny bit you have all the mosquitos inside. Lots of dead mosquitos on the walls and ceiling, needs a repaint.

Not comfortable for two, also bathroom and toilet is too small...felt conjusted. Anyhow, can't say anything more as it was for just one day.

- The adress to the hotel parking was wrong hence we were obliged to ask other who were lost to show us the way. - The hotel was in the midle of an area full of prostitutes.

Dear Hotel Management, We stayed at your hotel for one night and would like to share some feedback. Overall, the hotel itself was nice. However, despite having booked a room with breakfast included, we were told upon arrival that breakfast was not included in our reservation. This was quite disappointing. Furthermore, we were very uncomfortable with the surroundings of the hotel. The area was full of sex workers and the vans they seemed to be using as their workplaces. Since we were traveling with our children, it was extremely inappropriate and upsetting for them to be exposed to such scenes. I don’t know if this is a usual occurrence or if it was because it was a Sunday, but in our opinion, this is not a suitable environment, especially for families. Because our destination was still far away, we only stayed for one night, but we felt very uneasy. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider ways to improve the environment around your hotel. Best regards,

Getting there was a bit of a nightmare as the hotel was surrounded by roadworks and one way systems and the entrance was very difficult to find. We were hot and bothered once we eventually found it.

Once we arrived staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small and basic but clean and comfortable with shower etc. The breakfast was very nice too. Good value for money when looking for a budget hotel in the city.

Explanation on how to find the hotel car park while works to lay a new tramline are underway outside, with very slow traffic and road closures. the work is not the hotel's fault, but the explanation should havebeen better.

Acces to the hotel is difficult because Road construction around. Another security issue, I called three times to open the main gate but no one answered and it was 22:45 evening. Until a care was getting out then I entered

The African woman at the reception was impolite and didn’t say sorry for someone entered my room when I was sleeping. It was a cleaning lady as I found later but they should organize everything better so it doesn’t happen. The woman at the reception didn’t admit her fault and argued with me in a bad and aggressive manner

The location is in an area which is relatively dark and feels unsafe in the evening. The building is showing its age. Note that the whole space is relatively low, and the bathroom does not have privacy towards other occupants in the room, making it suitable for couples but not for staying with larger kids.

It is a small, clean, and functional room. There is parking right outside the hotel. It is decent value for money and is recommended for couples with a small child. Can access the city centre from the metro station about 15 minutes walk from this location.

It's a good place for a quick stop... the staff aren't that pleasant, except for the young boy receptionist who was there when we arrived on Friday... the cleaning staff are always rude...
