The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! The hotel itself was very clean, affordable and in a fantastic location within the Latin Quarter. Close to the metro, lots of food options and only a short walk to the Pantheon, Notre Dame and more. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Paris!

Rooms were updated and clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Air conditioning was nice to have as it was quite warm during our time in Paris. The staff was very helpful and were always pleasant.

Before our arrival, I had written a note to the hotel stating that it was our anniversary and requested a beautiful room to stay. When we arrived, we were shocked to find out that the hotel had prepared a beautiful room plus a bottle of champagne, some nuts, a super cute heart-shaped balloon, and a beautiful note celebrating our anniversary with best wishes. We couldn't believe our eyes. That was the cutest surprise that had ever happened to us. They also told us that they had chosen us "the guests of the day," and offered us a late check-in and a free breakfast! The hotel is much more than a clean, super fine hotel. They made our holiday an unforgettable experience. Thanks a million! Cheers!

Lift was temperamental. Someone was stuck in it one evening.

Honestly everything was pretty good. One time the fire alarm went off for no reason but other than that no complaints

Great location for trains, buses and so many shops, cafes etc; 24/7 reception; staff so friendly and always so happy to oblige, bed was super comfy. I thought it was nice that free snacks, cakes and savouries were offered in the dining room during the day for guests.

It's was our 14th wedding anniversary and Paris Art team surprised us with a bottle of wine and left a well wishes note for us. It was a memorable day for especially my wife. Thank you Paris Art Hotel.

The rooms are small but that’s pretty typical for Paris. You’re not spending your trip in the bedroom. Those years are long gone !!

Location is great. 2 minute walk to the metro or a short stroll to Notre Dame along the Seine. Sound proofing from street noise was good.

Rooms are a tad small per Paris, but the charm of the old building (s) that are well kept and up dated with great a/c and up-dated bath more than make up for it.

Excellent Location, room details, good breakfast (and we could pay by the day,), liked the afternoon gourmet snack and sitting area, very helpful, pleasant and professional staff at front desk. Breakfast and cleaning staff very congenial. 24 hour front desk also always a plus for any assistance.

One issue: the booking to upgrade from my original standard room didn't get processed between booking.com and Paris Art Hotel. I anticipated and paid for a larger room with a view over Rue Des Ecoles. Nevertheless, nothing truly was spoiled because Robin immediately understood, contacted his superior, offered a choice of two solutions, within minutes. This impressed me 100%.

Reception staff so attentive, professional. Breakfast everything delicious, well planned. Location in Latin Quarter brilliant for Notre Dame and my first solo trip to Paris. The true experience for me was being able to walk safely day and night. Superb atmosphere. The best of Paris.
