Nice pool, friendly staff. Beach is just across the street.

Parking was important for us and we chose this hotel based on listed parking. When we arrived they only had a few spots which were already taken. Had to park a distance offsite with luggage which is what we were trying to avoid.

Easy access to shops, post office, playground, close by carpark (parking in Menton is a nightmare!) private and public beach, restaurants (Leone is the best!), old town, cute small swimming pool and interconnecting doors (perfect for the family) rooms had a great view!

Bathroom need regrouting and fresh silicone.

breakfast was very good and the staff worked very hard during breakfast check in was easy and staff were very helpful and friendly view from the balcony (which you have to pay extra for) is stunning

that booking.com offer parking and there is no parking with the property property is dated and old fashioned. over priced the pool is rather small and cramped. there was a comment on booking that says the pool was near the beach side. This is so not true. The pool is on the main road side and very small. not enough pool lounges for the amount of people the hotel take

Friendly and very helpful staff. Quick and easy check-in. Easy off-street parking. We had a great, quiet, back-facing room. which was a bright and spacious room with a generous bathroom. (Sea facing rooms are tempting, but ther is a main road in front of the hotel which is a bit noisy.

Great location, very close to the centre area; hotel parking for 12 euro, convenient and cheaper than street parking. Love the L'occitane hair and shower products, drip coffee, free mini bar. Another huge plus is the hotel offers a 7 euro small breakfast as an alternative to a big breakfast, excellent choice if you don't feel like eating a lot in the morning. The best part is the room was surprisingly quiet, we had the best sleep for the entire trip.

Another great stay as always superb, great location, friendly staff, clean and well presented rooms. Have stayed in other locations in Menton but this hotel is the best for us.

The pool was in need of a good and thorough clean unfortunately lots of green algae...

A fabulous hotel and all round experience. Thoughtful staff, generous sized rooms and perfect location for family friendly beaches with good facilities. Would absolutely choose this hotel again.

We liked the proximity to both the sea and the town. All the staff were very professional, friendly and genuinely interested in making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfasts were excellent with such a wide choice and constantly replenished no matter when you were there. Everything about the hotel made for a relaxing break.
